It was a very convenient place to stay during my vacation. I appreciated its proximity to several places on my itinerary. Plus, having laundry facilities was a big help since I pack light!
One staff member was rude and displayed a lot of attitude. I felt they were annoyed with my questions, even though I needed answers to improve my stay there.

The customer service was great I just didn't know that it was a kitchenette I would have been more prepared for the room with my own pots and pans and my own foods cuz but I know now for further reference I love the refrigerator I love the bed I love the whole room the whole suite was nice
Found out at checkout that iron and blow-dryer were at the desk Needed to iron but other then that no complaints

It had everything I needed to enjoy the vacation, near to restaurants in the hotel and just minutes from six flags and Gurnee mills and other places.
My room was from The Ride, I heard vehicle noises at night.

This location was great! It was close to the mall. There was only one little small thing, 2 of the blinds were broken towards the very end of them. Otherwise the staff was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very nice and fully equipped as a mini suite. Thank You!

The room was gorgeous and very comfortable a great value for the price.
Not a traditional hotel/motel Limited towel service and have to supply your own toilet paper after 2 rolls. No breakfast. vending machines take money but don’t always dispense.

There was no breakfast at the hotel but we certainly brought our own food . The hotel is clean and in ideal location.

Love the location it was secluded, breakfast was not included which was fine the price I pay was a good bargain. The staff members were cheerful and very informative.
