We just love Hampton Inns. This one is in my home town and convenient. It is very clean and the breakfast was good! Front desk staff was friendly.

2 motels directly across the street were considerably cheaper. Yes, they may be older, but for one or 2 nights, saving $60 or $70 per night might make people choose those rather than Hampton.

The quality of the hotel from the super comfortable beds, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast, and the well equipped market place make this one of my favorite Hampton Inns. The local management is excellent!

The only thing I wish is that they still had some rooms with a bathtub. My friend does not have a bathtub at home He really wanted to soak in the bathtub.

Contemporary design in gray tones. super comfy bed and pillows. There was a serviceable desk chair on wheels and a comfortable chaise lounge with a side table. there was a shower (1 step in and out) and no bathtub. The lighting was bright and easy to turn on and off. There were many electrical outlets. The TV swivels and the remote is easy to use. The staff was warmly hospitable.

I couldn’t find note paper or a pen. There were no plastic glasses in the bathroom. The only cups I found were cardboard, for hot drinks, and they were buried behind an ice bucket on a low shelf. Although breakfast choices were several, of the cheese omelet, pork sausage patties, and apple I ate only the apple had flavor.

the air conditioner made a noise throughout the night that was distracting. the smoke detector above the bed had a small strobe light.

Very nice hotel & perfect location: close to everything you could possibly need. My son really enjoyed the breakfast offerings (although the waffle maker was down). That helped me out a lot since I am not a breakfast person. Staff was very friendly and helpful- most were actually cheerful. Very refreshing to meet polite people.

The beds were fairly awful-- very "springy"-- felt like I had springs jabbing my side no matter which way I tried to get comfy. I ended up sleeping atop pillows. One other minus was COLD coffee :( Upon check in I was told that it was made fresh hourly-- but this must've been sitting for a good long time. Yuck! Rates were a little high (plus Illinois taxes!! DANG!) but I would still go back.

This is our second time at this location and we loved it again. Melissa checked us in again and was super accommodating, she kind and her chipper attitude was refreshing after a long drive with kids. The next morning our breakfast was yet again amazing. Becky kept up with all the foods and made sure guests were happy. She even stopped to have a conversation with me while I was waiting on my waffles. We will continue to use this hotel for our future trips north. Thank you for making us feel like family.

The only improvement; which is super petty, would be some sort of clock in the pool area.

I have no complaints!!! The hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was the best!!

I liked that this property was right off the highway, clean, was nicely decorated, included all Hampton amenities such as a great breakfast, afternoon chocolate chip cookies, and pool (my kids loved the bacon at breakfast), and it is close to the cute small downtown square of Pontiac that had different restaurants to try. All staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.

The room’s sliding barn door-style bathroom door left a gap when fully closed and made it feel less private, which was sort of odd.

Very clean and bright. Big room and large bathroom. Breakfast well presented and tidied up.

The vending machine on our floor wouldn't work, so we had to buy sodas from the lobby, which were more expensive. We shared a room with friends and the beds in our room we're really loud, so any time someone moved or got up, there was a big racket. The sliding door for the bathroom didn't afford a lot of privacy either.
