Destiny was super! She checked us in at the front desk and couldn't have been more helpful!

Renovations on ground floor were a bit of a mess. In addition, we could hear the hammering below us in the morning.

Breakfast was as expected but the hotel kindly started it a half hour early to meet the schedule of the volleyball players that were is a local tournament. This was so appreciated. We left a few items in our room and they actually called me to let me know. This was awesome customer service!

The front desk lady Carrie was awesome. She was so accommodating. We left my insulin and she made sure we got it back. She and the cleaning person went out of their way to help us.

Breakfast was very acceptable it had a lot of yummy things. Location was right off of the Ohio Turnpike so easy access to the location

Wish it would of had a Hot tub

Easy to find from the interstate. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was efficient and had varied choices. Very clean!

Due to ND game, room price was expensive.

shower door kept coming off and was small shower room to door was stuck on frame hard to open sheets smelled like old sweat dust where tv stand was

I think that the location was great, we use to live in the area and it is new and very nice and clean and well decorated. The rooms were exceptional.

Because we had a small pet, we had to go to the third floor, but that wasn't the worst part of it. I could not sleep well because of the traffic from the interstate. They said because of the pet we had to go there. BUT, they put us on the back side and I couldn't sleep because of the traffic noise from the interstate! It sounded like they were coming in the room. And we found dried and hard dog poop behind a chair that the cleaning crew was suppose to have cleaned up before we got there. Third floor was fine, but the traffic noise was very bothering and disturbing!!

The cleanliness of the hotel the friendly staff and the breakfast was so delicious plus the location and price was perfect!!

Location was good. Room was well appointed, clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was bright. Staff was friendly. Easy on/off from toll road.

Shower could have been a little more powerful. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Display on clock radio lit up the room (had to cover it to keep room dark). Lost satellite TV during rainstorm.

I didn’t get to stay longer. lol. but seriously, everything was perfect
