We loved pretty much our whole stay!! It was just for one night but it was very welcoming!! Upon check-in we could smell baked cookies. Then we learned cookies just came out the oven. Made the first impression warming!! Thank you for that(didn’t catch his name, my apologies) The seating outside made our evening so relaxing. The weather was beautiful Saturday evening. So to be able to have somewhere nice and inviting to sit, after a long exciting day was awesome!! My girls enjoyed the pool for the Adults only timeframe. A little hot tub time and then off to bed☺️ Breakfast was included with our stay, and I must say, the staff was pretty awesome about keeping everything stocked. There were multiple rotations of a crowded area but would clear out quickly and didn’t seem to have an issue with keeping up !! Again, thank ya’ll for a welcoming stay!! We will keep this location as one of our favorites for when we return!!

Don’t think there was much we didn’t like.

It was a bit hard to find. I missed the road to get to it and had to turn around so a sign would have been good. While not Hampton Inn quality it was nice and quiet. I did have a problem. I went to the desk to get some help a couple times and there was no one there. I yelled HELLO... Hello.. and no one came out. This happened twice and while I don't remember the issues or the times I went up there it was annoying. I was too tired to have to keep going back again and again to finally find someone at the desk. I was moving to Atlanta, I was exhausted and really didn't need this. I had issues with the tv but other than that the stay was fine.

The tv had issues, there was often no one at the front desk to help with issues.

I loved the cleanliness and breakfast. Most of the staff was super friendly.

When we checked in the gentleman was pretty rude, unprofessional, and presumptiouus. Our room was not a queen as we booked. We sent our daughters down for towels and he rolled his eyes at them as if we were inconviencing him. Definetly not the best customer service.

The room overall was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

We chose this hotel not only for the location but for the spa/ jacuzzi which a lot of the hotels don't have. There was a family with young children, which we have a nineteen year old daughter ourselves but we came to relax and their children were doing cananballs in the pool, being loud, and even one of their toddlers was in the hot tub. I find this to be a safety hazard, bad parenting and not really relaxing for me and my husband as guests.

Loved the fact that the living area and bedroom part were separated not only by a door but the bathroom was in between them.

When we first arrived we drove in circles trying to find the turnoff from the highway, had to pull in to the Walmart and called to ask for directions. We were pretty close by then, also the city had a huge amount of construction going on(I know not the hotels fault) also when the shower in our room was used the tub didn’t fully drain and was still a small amount of water on into our stay

Breakfast was ok, not my favorite but had some variety (im also a picky eater 🤷🏻‍♀️). Rooms and hotel was very clean. Pool was great for the kids to enjoy while it was snowing out. Our room seemed a bit humid but overall was clean and comfortable. The phone in the room didnt work so you couldn't call the front desk, you had to go downstairs. Overall, great stay for me and my kids.

The staff was very sweet and the place was clean. Very close to the airport, complimentary airport pick up and drops.

This isn’t about the property but about the location of the propu- Not very walkable friendly since it’s situated at a highway. While there is Culvers and Dennys just across, there was a walmart a few meters away but I couldn’t cross because there was no pathway, but if you have a cab you are good to go.

We LOVED this place. It didn't hurt that there was a cat that you could tell was from a good family, but liked to visit the site. Also, the staff were wicked friendly, the price was excellent. The location was right near highway 70. If we were going on a big road trip again, this would be a good place to stay. I recommend it.

One nitpick thing: There was a beer in our refrigerator... So it made me think that nobody cleans out the fridge between stays...

The room was very clean, the television worked well, and we enjoyed the full breakfast. We ate eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, sausage, and coffee.

Our only concern was that the tub did not drain well in the room. While taking our showers the tub filled with water. The phone in the room was also not working well. The cords going into the phone were loose.
