Pictures showed an outside adjacent POOL! I Was EXTREMELY looking forward to taking a refreshing swim after a long car ride.

I asked the front desk can I access pool from inside the building? No “it’s not our pool”. ?!? So I walked down to the immaculate pool, that had a very thick chain and heavy duty pad lock around its gate. Of course I felt betrayed, duped, mislead, fooled. It Definitely was on the hotel property there was nothing else in its proximity. Of course it was Immaculate, being used for “display use only”. Makes for a classy look to the property. I got suckered in. (Good subconscious marketing).

We really liked the central location to down town Indianapolis and the locations and events that we had traveled to participate in.

One elevator was not working at Candlewood Sweets and being on the 9th floor made for some long wait times during the day when housekeeping staff was trying to do their job. That being said the staff was very polite and accommodating towards everyone.

Very nice "apartment" with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, spacious bedroom with king size bed, and nice bathroom. Free parking! Not walking distance to restaurants, etc., but we didn't mind driving the short distance and appreciated free parking (lots of other places charge $40 to park your car!) Our room overlooked the White River, and I even walked the White River Trail in the mornings! There is a Kroger nearby to buy items for breakfast, etc. Laundry room available, but I didn't use it.

Not really an exciting location, but a very short drive to everything downtown.

There is no breakfast which was a disappointment. Glad there was an elevator but they were small with 6 in our party it was a tight squeeze and 2 were kids. the room /suite size was good but not enough seats for everyone luckily the 2 kids could sit on laps if we were staying more then one night it might have been more of an issue. overall would stay again

We were super pleased with Candlewood Suites hotel! Good location, excellent staff, very spacious apartment with everything you needed and more, such as dishwasher, ice cube maker and more. Great to have a small shop in the lobby, very good prices.

I enjoyed an upgrade to. studio rather than a regular room. it was wonderful to have a full fridge for drinks I brought and my own ice maker.

It is in the flight path of the Indianapolis Airport. Thankfully I had noise cancellation headphones, otherwise I would have woken with each flight coming or going.

My husband was having heart surgery & this was a perfect location for me to stay overnight. The staff was very friendly & the room was spacious, bed comfortable. Everything I needed.

Wish there had been a free breakfast option (or coffee!!). I did notice later in the stay they had frozen meals available for purchase; wish I had known it earlier.

the carpet was very dirty needed shampooing or new carpet. I do not like to be waken by hammering over my head each morning because of the renavation that was taken place on the third floor.

Space in room ! Kitchenette ! Quiet ! Handicapped bars in bathroom ! Elevator small but FAST.

Small lobby ! Old furnishings ! Darkening curtain in bedroom had small holes in it. I counted at least 15 in curtain by bed.

Loved the room. Having separate bedrooms and living area/kitchenette are key to us returning.

Construction going on. Used the gazebo in the back to smoke a cigar and it was a mess.
