arrived @45 mins before checkin & they had a room & the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful.. this Hampton inn was cleaner & nicer than the Hilton double tree I recently stayed in at MYB

the price seems really high for a beside the highway stop — @$250 with a month in advance reservation …

The one guy at the front desk did his best to get us a room. Staff was friendly.

It was good. We had trouble getting our room. We got there a little early around 2pm said it would be 30min went back about 3:30 still no room. They finally found a room 2 doors from some family. We were there for a funeral. The breakfast was ok not great. Beds sit high off the floor I have some balance issues I fell off the bed the floor was hard I'm okay.

Breakfast was great. The only down side was there was no sugar for coffee a couple days of our stay.

We paid a pet fee. We think the pet fee should be refunded if there is no damage or mess to clean up from the pet.

it was clean, comfortable, nice decor, friendly staff and well located for our needs. we had stayed at the same property a week earlier and were disappointed in our assigned suite. that room appeared neglected as if it hadn’t been used in some time. there were no pictures on the living area walls, valances on the windows and the carpet was quite dirty. this suite was a big improvement.

This was our last hotel stay in an almost two week vacation. we couldn’t have asked for better. The cleanliness was over the top, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower and a hot buffet breakfast. when I review hotels I start at 10 and take them down a mark for every issue I deal with... I literally couldn’t find anything to take away from their 10. awesome job guys!! would definitely stay here again!

The scrabled eggs and breakfast gravy were pretty cheap and generic. Not very good.

The room was VERY clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The staff was very polite even when a customer was extremely rude and totally disrespectful to the desk personnel. He regarded that the room door was unsafe because the door did not open correctly. They tried to help him but he refused to listen. You just can't help some people. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future. Breakfast was another bonus 😋

location was great center of town easy access to all businesses and stores. breakfast was amazing. staff was exceptional and accommodating.

I only had one issue which was the hot tub was broke but they are waiting on a part to come in. So they are doing what they can to fix the issue.

AndSaw several ants crawling around, a couple in bathroom and a few on bedspread- think they need to spray for these

Beds were comfortable, people were friendly and facility was clean and cared for.

Request for people to wear masks in common areas and to use gloves when getting food at breakfast wasn't clearly marked or enforced. If there was a sign, it wasn't with the gloves and too small and behind a container. Workers in eating area weren't wearing masks or gloves, so people weren't either. Most people don't really want to use masks and gloves if they don't feel it's neccessary.
