The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and well taken care of. The Keurig was a plus in the room! Loved the size of the fridge as we could store drinks. The breakfast was nice and had variety.

The staff was not present at the front desk upon arrival, during our stay or when we needed to check out. Three times we had to wait over 5-10 mins for someone to locate them. A tiny suggestion, have a non dairy option for breakfast like oatmilk or almond for cereal for kids with allergies.

The location was close to restaurants and shopping areas

Room 205 the bathroom door was so low to the floor it took great force to open and close the door it made a scraping sound it was annoying especially when someone needed to use it in the middle of the night

Ned was very comfortable, nice linens. Although it seemed, for a king bed, to be pretty short. My 6 ft husband’s feet were clear at the end of the bed. We have a long at home, not a California king, and it is longer.

Our feet were dirty after walking on the carpet. It would be good to switch to laminate floors/engineered wood.

Everyone was friendly, quiet location, pool for the kids and breakfast was good

When we went to the pool someone had thrown up so we went and let the girl at the front desk know,she said she would have someone clean it.We went back later and it was still there so we didn't get to use the pool. Kids were disappointed

I mostly liked that it was clean. Our fridge didn’t work so maintenance came in our room and fixed it while we were gone. The front desk clerk was very nice. Also breakfast was very good. I definitely would stay there again if I was ever in that area again.

Delicious gravy . Good selection of various breakfast foods. Pancake maker was great , nothing like fresh pancakes.

Manager mentioned a problem with internet booking services . My advance reservation did not show up , even with conformation number . Took a while to get signed in .

Everything was very well kept up , rooms were clean and maintained , felt very safe and that's extremely important as a single mom traveling with 3 kids

It was a very nice hotel, clean and not run down! Just one question where do you get your pillows and what kind are they? I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and the pillow was the most comfortable EVER. We also liked the fact that the hotel was easy to find. Otherwise our experience with Holiday Inn Express was as expected PERFECT!!! The desk clerk was so very helpful and nice I would give him and the Shelbyville IN. a 100% would stay again rate.

The traffic noise from the interstate was a bit loud. We attempted to use the pool, but it was ice cold and not heated as we were told. Also we were in room 202 and the guys in rooms 201 and 203 were drinking together and were a bit loud. No

Very modern amenities, spacious room. We liked breakfast. Guys at reception were very friendly and professional.
