The rooms were very clean, staff were super-friendly, and the interior courtyard was lovely! Convenient location, pretty good price. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than at most budget hotels.

The mattress was caved in toward the middle, so we spent the nights waking up to climb back to the edges. Also, our keys just quit working every few hours. Staff said you couldn't put them anywhere near your phone or credit cards - but where else would you keep a key other than your pocket or purse? Had to get the keys reprogrammed multiple times in three days. Time to upgrade both, please, folks!

The beds and their sheets were very clean and comfortable. The services offered, free and diverse breakfast options, swimming pool, and fitness room, were very enjoyable. The TV channel selections were great for the whole family. We loved the extra towels and free amenities in the bathroom. We loved the mini fridge because it was large and spacious to hold many different items. We loved the plug-in charging ports for USBs cables; it came in handy when we forgot our wall plug-in. The heating unit worked super well and didn't run too often. The curtains worked very well for blocking out any light when closed. We loved the amount of lighting fixtures offered in the room, although we wish there was a dimmer switch for a light somewhere in the room for our kids to feel less nervous at night.

We complained about some cheerleaders practicing moves on the floor above us at 10pm when we were trying to sleep for an early morning event. Staff said they wouldn't do anything until 11pm. That upset us because we expect a relaxing and quiet stay without other guests affecting our experience, but they did quiet down a few minutes after 11pm. I felt like the staff could offer us to move to another room or ask the other guests to quiet down when requested, no matter the time of day of the situation.

They are trying to charge is a $250.00 fee. Said we were smoking in the room. The fact that we don’t smoke makes that impossible. We called about the fee and was told they found an empty cigarette pack in a trash can. Again, impossible because we are non smokers. I asked for proof she said she had pictures and then added they also found a cigarette butt in the trash. I said I need to see the pics and asked they send them to me and she said they couldn’t do that. Of course they can’t because its a lie and they are just charging us for no reason. I have disputed the bill with my credit card company. We travel yearly for cheer competitions and will never stay at another of their hotels again!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. When we came back in the afternoon they had lemonade,fresh cookies, and candy out for you. Breakfast was great!!! The attending worker never let anything go empty.

The property needs some updating. In our room it looked like the room above us had a water leak.

I have multiple allergies to cleaners fragrances etc and we were traveling with 2 pets. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband is 6’6” and the shower head was not at his chest! I always choose Hampton Inn over any other.

The building from the outside looks dated compared to the others on the road.

Brooke greeted us with a smile, thanked us for our loyalty as a Hilton Honors members, and offered us two bottles of water - which we gratefully accepted! Her professionalism, compassion, and welcoming sure made a world of difference to us as weary travelers! The hotel’s location is great, walking distance to a handful of places for food and coffee, the rooms were neat, bedding comfortable, and although sold-out, we really didn’t hear much from other guests, so good soundproofing! Good channel selection, decent Wi-Fi, great hot water!

Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and I even got a large and delicious cookie when I checked in!

Our ground floor window was right next to the outdoor patio area and it was very noisy with people playing bags until after midnight! I think the management should have asked them to be done and quiet by 10 pm.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, there was no toilet paper left when I asked the front desk, you should never run out of things like this at a hotel . Breakfast could have more selection and they only have light roast coffee.

Apparently they didn't really have room for more bookings but the online system took us anyway. So the check-in lady did a good job of making us feel like we had inconvenienced them and also tried to charge us $30 more than what I was supposed to be charged. And even though she changed it after I showed her the email, it was begrudgingly done.

Well there was no breakfast for those that arrived around 9:00 am. Seems they were bringing kids in from another location around 6:00 am to eat, and they ate it all.

Breakfast would have been nice, since it was one of the perks for which I selected this hotel.
