It was fine for the price. I’d say you get what you pay for. I liked that pets are allowed free. Nice tv. Decent bathroom. Nice mini table and couch.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very small. The bed almost filled the whole space. There was no microwave! This really seemed silly and inconvenient to me. Why have a mini fridge but no microwave? You have to keep your room key in a slot to keep the lights and power on…

I enjoyed the proximity to downtown South Bend and to Notre Dame University. I also loved how the hotel was dog friendly as well! The queen size beds were comfortable and able to accommodate our family.

I did not enjoy the shower. The intensity was weak compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the past. The temperature of the water did not get hot as well. I felt like it was luke warm at best.

There wasn't break fast when we got up only coffee

They over drafted my account and won't let me have my $354 that we didn't use we didn't stay there when we didn't have the $354 and they said the room was tore up and we know it wasn't we tried to reason with them about my account but they just hung up on us and now my bank won't give me my money back because of them

I stayed here (I wouldn't necessarily say over night considering I got in at midnight) for about 6 hours, just to get some quick shuteye. Bed average for a hotel, thats about all I used for my time there. The woman who checked me in was still working when I checked out so that was a bit funny and shows how short my stay was lol

Nothing major.

The room was clean and functional. It was not 'comfortable' as the floor was wood laminate and the furniture was mostly plastic built-in stuff. However I would much prefer this on a motel than traditional wood furniture that gets easily dirty and harder to clean. I think the motel decided to go for value and updated the facilities to be easily kept. Good job!

Wifi was included and good. Location is right off the freeway. The price is right. About 2 miles to drive into Notre Dame. The room was clean but spartan.

There was no coffee the first morning (had run out and no staff in sight). By spartan, I mean there is no place to store clothes or even hang up a coat. This is no problem for the overnight stays I intended with plenty to do in town.

AC works great, comfy beds, reasonable price, great location.

Towels and rags looked dirty even when clean. Had ants in the room, only gave 1 washcloth per room. They need new pillows. No microwave to use and the washer wasn't working.

I do like the front desk I do like the rooms the place is clean because it's a five-year-old building no deposit which is great but it seems like they want to push you out a little at checkout other than that it's a great place

At one instance the front desk was rude or just not a very good business like person with good ethics the a.m. morning front desk lady and secondly they don't keep up with the coffee it's like they run out very quickly and they're done I had one cup and go for a second and it's over with

The price was really affordable! & It was really easy to book a room.

Had to switch rooms do to no hot water. There was 2 small pillows on the bed. We didn't know to power the room have to put the key card on the wall in the alot when u walk in the room.? 2²

Simple and clean

The room didn't have a blow dryer, even the cheap one that's stuck to the wall. I never bring one because I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have one, even the cheapest motels have them.
