I’ve stayed here before so I knew rooms were renovated and clean. Location is good without paying downtown prices.

Staff this time was not nice at all. I requested to check in early and was denied which I find it very hard to believe there were no rooms available but fine, I know they don’t HAVE to. I went to my car and slept there for a bit. When checking out, I requested an extra hour and was also told no. Parking lot had only a handful of cars so again I find it hard to believe hotel was at capacity. We are lugging our bags out at 11:02 and front desk calls my room saying we need to leave. Really?

- Upon check-in, staff woman was VERY friendly - Room was perfect size, came with microwave & fridge - Facility was for the most part, well cleaned & maintained - Hot water!! (: (Showering) - Beds were properly made & comfortable

- Window blinds being see through if looked at close enough, not a huge issue if on higher floor but for bottom, can give uneasy feeling - Bathroom was not 100% properly cleaned/sanitized. Dirty towels from previous individuals were on floor, there was ash left in tub from smoking. Toilet was clean-LOOKING, but also was not sanitized.

Excellent value for the price paid. Giving this 5 stars not because it’s a Hilton or JW Marriott but because the amount vs what I received was excellent. Check in and check out were pretty quick. I only had to make a line one day around check in because I had lost my key the night before. I don’t know what hotel this used to be but looks like they pretty much just kept the shell and renovated all inside. Doesn’t look like much as you pull up (starting from the temporary sign) that I was like oh no, what did I do. But once I walked into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised. Looks clean, modern and new. The room was just about the right size for 2 people. I wish there had been a fridge (there’s the cabinet space for it, maybe they will add eventually) but also not a deal breaker. Almost everywhere we went was a 10 minutes distance away, so great location without the downtown prices. Staff was nice and friendly. I would gladly stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful. Nice big comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was full but quiet.

It's dated. The shower/bathtub were absolutely disgusting and really need to be replaced. In fact the whole bathroom suite needs replaced, it is the only real disappointment on the room.

The location was perfect. Its not a city meant for walking, so everything was close by to take an Uber or Lyft. The breakfast was always fresh and good. Shreya made sure to make me feel welcome and was very helpful whenever I needed help. All people working there were very friendly. Thank you for everything!

Considering the short time this management team has been in place, the hotel was quite good. The breakfast was good, and plentiful. the rooms were clean and tidy. plenty of parking.

The outside fence was falling down, there was not door at the top of the stairs which made the hallway on the 2nd floor very noisy. Also room 203 which I was in needs repair on the toilet as the was significand wabble when sitting down. As I stated earlier it was obvious that the current management group needs a little time to fix some of the problems.

I was in the town for 2 nights, and the hotel was sponsoring the event I was attending, so that was the main reason I chose to stay, but it seemed very clean, newly remodeled, and everything was new. The bed and pillows were nice and soft. Nothing fancy just a decent value-based place to stay for a single guy. They allow pets for $30/night. It was much better than many 4 stat hotels I have been!

Staff is super nice - outstanding. Provided free water and snacks. Close to Notre Dame for football game - quick drive or less than 2 mile walk. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms.

Bathrooms need to be redone but I believe the new owners are renovating them this winter. All hotels are super expensive for ND football weekends.

The breakfast was a little sparse, could have had bagels and English muffins. The beds were comfortable, an abundance of pillows room very clean. For us going to the Notre Dame game, the Location was perfect. With easy access to the Interstate 90.

No elevator but the building was only 2 stories so it did not matter.

I like the size of the room. It is bigger than what we usually get in other hotels of the same level.

The free breakfast is inferior to other hotels that offer the same freebies.
