Grandkids loved the pool, adjoining rooms and WiFi. We all appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and staff were pleasant. Rates were good. Thank you!

We had toilet issues with it not flushing. Called maintenance twice but my son actually fixed it. I asked for two soaps because the two in the bathroom were not replaced and they charged me for them. The coffee was cold on the right side of the coffee maker.

We were a late checkin. Asked if a coffee pot was in the room and was told no. I’m an avid coffee drinker who normally takes my own coffee pot but didn’t because of it being spur of the moment. I wanted a cup a coffee and he offered to brew me some. Of course I said no, not just for me. Staff was great, room was clean! Nice area!

No coffee pot or hair dryer

We took a family trip for a long weekend. And this was the perfect place to stay. Everyone was so nice and the rooms were clean and quiet.

There could have been a little more variety with the breakfast selections. That would be my only suggestion.

staff was very friendly. everything appeared clean. beds were comfy, nice fat pillows.

Bathroom seemed a bit dated and the shower curtain could use some bleach. Curtains let in to much light from the street lights at night.

The pool was nice, there was a large area to walk the dogs, the room was updated and clean, the staff was great about accommodating my needs for my family as we really needed our rooms to be lower level and beside one another and they were so willing to listen and make the adjustments without issue. I traveled with two small dogs and my daughters family had a small dog in their room and there were no problems and I truly appreciated them for that. The property was well maintained. There was coffee and breakfast items in the lounge, a microwave and fridge in the room nice light fixtures and large tv ports for the cell phone usb jacks. Updated and nice for our stay😃

I thought the price was a little high but the pool and room made up for that.

Nothing I can say I didn’t like. I liked it all. There could be a night light somewhere in the room please.

The whole place was great. The pool was really nice. Staff was friendly. The rates are very good. Restaurants nearby.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to food and not far from the caves.

Wish they would have given enough towels for the stay.

Everything was good except on the night of the 16th and 17th we didn't have any hot water or any heat they had the water shut that day don't know if that caused the hot water deal and the heat and air plug had to be replaced but they were here that morning to address the issues and was fixed
