This property is so nice inside the bartenders were so nice but they loved working there every employee we talked to was very nice and accommodating I would give it 5 stars they even have security at night to make you feel safe it's pricey don't get me wrong but for us it was an experience not just a place to sleep highly highly recommend this property its a luxury hotel that has a great bar and restaurant so it's one stop for all your needs

There is no complimentary breakfast however they have a breakfast buffet with a omelate station and a very very nice and talented chef that makes them. The buffet is $16 a person but it's the nicest buffet I've ever seen good breakfast meats very very fresh fruit and about anything you could want I highly recommend the buffet to complete your stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also booked a small event room for our New Year’s party, and the banquet staff were all so lovely and helpful. Additionally, we were upgraded to a larger space, due to construction on the second floor. It was a lovely, lovely evening :)

This is no fault of the hotel, but there was a fire emergency during our New Years Eve party, which cut about 45minutes into our event. All good once we were allowed back in the building, though.

I loved my stay! My room was so comfy and super clean! The bed was so comfortable…the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! I also received a complementary appetizer for dinner at Charred and complementary breakfast for both my daughter and I! Oh and snacks/water at the Elevator! I will be back in the future and suggest this hotel to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

I loved everything except for the fact I didn’t have a mini refrigerator in my room to keep my drinks cold.

When we arrived the hotel check in was very busy. They had apparently oversold King rooms so the desk staff asked if I would be willing to take a queen room. I agreed and he rewarded us with breakfast tickets.

Once we got to our room the Remote stopped working the TV. I attempted to use the buttons on the side to turn it off but it did not work. I called down and the front desk said that they did not have anyone on staff to come up to the room to see what the problem was. They offered us to move to a different room but I declined the offer. I just unplugged the HDMI cable from the back of the TV and it went off. Clearly staffing is still a problem. I know that they did the best that they could.

The room was very comfortable, after a long day from flying into Louisville it felt good to take a nice long shower, and great bed. I also liked that I could sign into my own streaming services. The one person who really stood out to me was Sybil at the front desk. She just made my day with her warm smile and friendly service. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible - second to none! Having access to the snacks - and appetizer! - from our “concierge connection” made us old folks feel like we were enjoying an ongoing party! Our room was awesome. It was a perfect stay.

I like the location of this property, the staff was pretty nice, the parking lot was nice, the room was pretty nice

I thought the breakfast was expensive so we decided to go to Cracker Barrel instead, the bathroom door didn’t lock which was very annoying because I had multiple people with me, there was a crack in the middle of the ceiling which I thought was Kinda weird and probably should’ve been kept up with, the elevators took absolutely forever so I stood there for 15 minutes before looking for stairs and then couldn’t find stairs so that was disappointing, overall I would stay again.

Extremely expensive breakfast. Very expensive Restaurant and Bar.We ate out locally every night but would have spent more money in the hotel if we thought it was value for money.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff was exceptional.

The only hotel negative was shortage of elevators. Unless I missed elevators in another area, there were only 2 for the entire hotel?

Ease of access to highways, ambiance in lobby and dining areas, comfort of the bed and pillows

That there was only 1 firepit, which was occupied by same group each night, coffee service in the morning was insufficiently staffed
