When we arrived the hotel check in was very busy. They had apparently oversold King rooms so the desk staff asked if I would be willing to take a queen room. I agreed and he rewarded us with breakfast tickets.

Once we got to our room the Remote stopped working the TV. I attempted to use the buttons on the side to turn it off but it did not work. I called down and the front desk said that they did not have anyone on staff to come up to the room to see what the problem was. They offered us to move to a different room but I declined the offer. I just unplugged the HDMI cable from the back of the TV and it went off. Clearly staffing is still a problem. I know that they did the best that they could.

The room was very comfortable, after a long day from flying into Louisville it felt good to take a nice long shower, and great bed. I also liked that I could sign into my own streaming services. The one person who really stood out to me was Sybil at the front desk. She just made my day with her warm smile and friendly service. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful room. It was a perfecting ending to a long day Alicia R

I like the location of this property, the staff was pretty nice, the parking lot was nice, the room was pretty nice

I thought the breakfast was expensive so we decided to go to Cracker Barrel instead, the bathroom door didn’t lock which was very annoying because I had multiple people with me, there was a crack in the middle of the ceiling which I thought was Kinda weird and probably should’ve been kept up with, the elevators took absolutely forever so I stood there for 15 minutes before looking for stairs and then couldn’t find stairs so that was disappointing, overall I would stay again.

The bed was SO comfortable and they give all of the free bottled water you would like 👍

It is very hard to find a late night delivery spot, so stock up on snacks ahead of time. Also, I was in the shower for less than 2 minutes before the water was ice cold. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I love how friendly the staff was. They even participated in my little goof of putting a framed picture of Danny Devito in the room!

We were charged $5 for perking up on checking out, and the breakfast was $16 per person.

All areas including the room were very clean, guests seemed to be assigned rooms with space between other guests rooms, rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained with everything I needed.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Rose at the front desk was extremely helpful and remembered my phone call and my request. Super grateful for her! I also was grateful for multiple entrances! Made transport from car much easier.

I wish there was a continental breakfast/coffee and tea included.

The people at the front desk went above and beyond to give us two rooms together. Even know it was a ladt minute booking.

The service in the restaurant could've been better. Took too long to be waited on, even when there were hardly any other customers in the place. I suppose this is because of short staffing.

Entry staff were inviting cleanliness was outstanding. Rooms were nice definatly need to do a maintentence check I ended up getting the light above the shower to work.

The breakfast guy had no help doing the omllettes. Definately meed more staff in the morning. Also for those who didnt include breakfast in there stay have clear instuctructions how they are to pay
