The shower water was nice and hot! The beds were comfortable.

The shower had not been cleaned in the first room. There were hairs (more then 2 or 3) on the floor of the shower. We were given another room and there was a similar issue only this time the bed had a stain on it and there was mildew in the shower and hairs. Then switched to the next room and it was minimal. So I just cleaned the hairs that were left in the shower and moved on. By the time we had been moved it was 1 am. I was too tired to go back downstairs to talk with the young lady there about the cleanliness issue of the shower again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room and public areas were very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent

We were in Rm 101. There was a problem with the shower draining out of the surround onto the bathroom floor and out into the entrance hall. We had to create a “towel dam” to prevent this. We informed the manager as this is a safety issue.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room was large and very clean.

Our concern was the lack of safety in the bathroom/shower. There was no safety bar to hold onto while taking a shower. The shower floor was a bit slippery; we placed a towel to stand on. Also, there was no hook or rack to hang up wet towels or clothing items. The bed was a little too soft for us, although the bedding was very clean.

The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well.

At breakfast the second morning, one of the cartons of milk we got was sour even though the date on it hadn’t passed.

some of the breakfast items were missing (oatmeal not available) or over-heated (biscuits too crunchy), and the location was past a bit of "industrial" businesses, so walking to near-by restaurants was a bit unsettling.

The room was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable. The young woman, behind the desk, who was there in the morning and day, was very friendly and helpful. She is a huge asset to this hotel!!

Wallpaper was peeling a little in our room.

The only issue we had was my 11yo daughter found aluminum foil under the bathroom sink with pieces of aluminum foil stuck down inside. I panicked because my daughter touched it, but front desk said there was nothing on it. I didn’t make a fuss about it, but had there been “something on it” the fact that one of my kids found it is very disturbing.

For many it's important to be able to connect and recharge not only ourselves but our portable and wearable electronics: this room was heaven with easily accessible USB ports and electric outlets. The room had a modern clean décor; the bed was comfortable; plenty of working surface for my laptop and my wife's stuff.
