My husband and I stayed here earlier this year and we loved it. So I knew when I was coming back for my girls trip where I wanted to stay. I loved it all over again. The rooms were super comfy and clean. Even though I always bring my own products they placed Dove products in the bathroom for your use not that off brand nonsense most hotels have which is nice just incase. I had 4 large pillows on my king sized bed. I really loved that. The breakfast was ok nothing wrong with it just regular breakfast. Staff was polite and accommodating from check in to check out. I will definitely be staying here again.

The back entrance where most of the parking is needs more lighting. At least by the door it was very creepy getting out of ours cars trying to get inside as fast as we could.

The staff was great, very good location. it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from there, and it was clean. The breakfast selections were many and delicious. I was really happy with breakfast.

The main elevator was not working. We had to lug our bags the entire length of the hotel to the only working elevator and then all the way back to the front where our room was on the second floor. The bathroom was very run down. there was duc tape covering a large hole above the bathroom door, walking around the tub and floor was dried up and missing in places, and the toilet paper holder was broken and barely holding onto the wall.

We booked our room through booking for a two bed queen accessible suite once we got to the hotel they gave us a king suite. I told the lady at the front desk this is not what I paid for. She stated this is what came over from booking and that this happens all the time when you book through booking. I asked could we move to a different room? She stated the only thing they had available is a regular two bed queen room. I needed a suite because my daughter is in a walker. I was very disappointing. The sleeper sofa mattress was very thin and was soiled.

My wife and i flew in from England and were were in Shreveport to visit our American friend and my wife booked this hotel for us to stay in. From the very moment we arrived, we were treated very well at the desk, by Marcus. We were directed to our room and upon opening the door, we were very happy with what we found and sleeping soundly was never a problem; i could have given a 5 stars for that alone. Next morning, we attended the buffet style breakfast, to which we enjoyed and were politely greeted by staff and other occupants, which was very friendly and a great start to each day. As part of our Louisiana stay, we booked to go to New Orleans, for 2 nights and the very lovely Taj on the desk, was extremely friendly and gave us advice from the city she is from. Her skills as a real people person are indeed a credit to the hotel. Overall; all the staff from the desk, the breakfast room and the housekeeping were just great and this made our stay, in the top 10 hotels to stay in, throughout our worldly travels. I mentioned Marcus and Taj, because they are the names we knew and we dealt with the most, but everyone was just refreshingly great. Thankyou all.

Everything was briliant

It was near the venue that we were in town to use. Beds were comfortable and the air worked well. The staff was very responsive and made our group feel very comfortable.

One elevator was out, though that was little more than a minor inconvenience. Our bathroom sink leaked, but this was fixed very quickly. Someone was smoking marijuana in their room and the hallway reeked, but this too was taken care of by an incredibly attentive staff.

The breakfast was excellent. Chef Alton Johnson was very pleasant and greeted me every morning with a smile. He thanked me everytime and said he would see me tomorrow.

This trip and stay was everything to me. The guest service was over the top and I will stay here everytime I come home. There were 3 young ladies that took very good care of me. Ebony was definitely on her A game. There were 2 other ladies that I can't remember by name. One of the ladies was bright completed with braids and the other was chocolate and slim with braids. These 3 ladies made my stay more enjoyable. Their customer service was impressive and I will never forget. I will always choose the Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn because of them. Please share this with them and tell them hello from me.

It was a great location and good value for a one night stay. The front desk receptionist was so friendly. Check in and out were quick and easy. The rooms were very clean and even the hallway smelled wonderful.

The rooms could of used a little updating and some tlc. In the bathroom some of the molding and wallpaper were peeling. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

It smelled good & clean . Front desk staff super nice. Parking was easy and convenient. Rooms was updated and colorful.. Shower Head was Ah O Kay! .

The scrubs on the workers looks like regular ppl. They should atleast say Hilton on the chest or front pocket . Staff looked like any other person in old scrubs .. No nice polo to iD workers or name tags was shown. Also Elevator was broken the whole stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fully stocked and the room was immaculately clean.

The pool was "closed for the season" despite it being full-on summer. A lot of the room doors looked like they had been jimmied open at some point. There was only the one trash can in the bathroom. That's a minor issue, but for 4 people (2 kids) it's not enough.

Breakfast was basic sausage, eggs and biscuits; however, it matched expectations. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean.

Outside of hotel looked unkempt. Fence around parking lot was broken in places. It made it appear we were not in a safe area. The surface of the parking lot needs to be cleaned/repaired.
