Rooms very clean. Loved the toiletries. Lots of towels! Housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly.

PRICE, coffeemaker, patio, dirty entry area; paid parking. Property, landscaping, and exterior not well maintained. Paying to park in the hotel parking lot is beyond ridiculous. One restaurant closed without explanation. Snack bar stupid expensive. Most Front desk Staff professional but not very warm and friendly. The new employee was friendliest.

We missed daughter's flight back to DC because of emergency medical issue with her child. Reservations for 2 rooms made at last minute, We arrived late with a sick child. Every single employee was exceptionally helpful. This included check-in staff late night and check out next morning, Desk clerk charged my phone with personal charger as I had not brought mine anticipating being back home that night. The late night restaurant was closed (11:00 pm) when I went in to get snack for grandchildren. They gladly fixed a dish of ice cream for them. The following morning breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful. This hotel on Airline highway was much more meaningful when it was across from the New Orleans airport. A move to a new terminal has left it somewhat abandon and facilities are somewhat dated, but it is clean and offers 24 hour per day transport to airport and on site parking at comparable rates to the airport Parking garages. There is full service restaurant and bar. The beds are comfortable, rooms large and clean and this is an excellent place to stay for early morning departure or late night arrival back from travel. The excellent friendly staff will ensure it remains viable even though the new terminal has opened.

For my needs the place was perfect.

Staff. She was clearly not a very nice person and would not allow me early check in but allowed others after I had arrived. My daughter was able to get us checked in early with another staff member, thankfully. She was very cordial and kind. I wish I knew the rude staff name, as I would report it. She had no tag and would not give me her name.

Clean spacious room. Quiet one night stay, even being so close to airport. Everything worked as expected, no surprises. This was our first hotel during multi day trip thru AL, MS, and LA where everything in the hotel room actually WORKED as expected.

Early morning (4 am) shuttle to airport gives 1st boarding preference to overnight air crew members. While I understand that need, it did result in my wife and I getting split up between two shuttle buses on way to airport.

Clean and comfortable room.

The bathtub spout leaked constantly. Someone had turned it off really tight so it was initially very difficult to turn on the water. Once we did, the water would not turn off again so it dripped all night. We had to use a towel in the tub to muffle the sound.

The hotel was very nice in a quiet location I would book this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a double bed the bed could have been larger. No free breakfast had to pay.

Catching a flight out of New Orleans to New York. Have stayed several times before. Staff friendly check was very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pick up from the Airport could have been a little better. No big deal.

property was fine. booking.com said cheapest room on Oct 18 when I made reservation was 325$. I booked it / the next am I saw cheapest room on booking was 240$ . not happy with this . I’ve used booking.com many times. not sure I will anymore.
