Prime location easy to get around., lots of eateries to choose from also several local supermarkets grocery stores to shop at., this is our go to spot whenever we come home to visit New Orleans. The stuff was very friendly from the front desk to the ladies handling the Continental breakfast everyone was very friendly and courteous. Also we ran into a problem with the 1st room that was assigned to us and the situation was handled very quickly 😁

Really and truly that's not much I could say that I don't like about the location or facility except for paying for parking..

The hotel staff was friendly. Bed very comfortable., A/C worked great,Room was clean. Had a slight odor to it. Carpet may possibly need freshening up and cleaning. Kinda of a urine-like scent but the bedroom appeared clean. I also sprayed the rest room down with sanitizer. Still could smell it. Not sure what the smell was from. Maybe spray the rooms before guest arrive Maybe just from being closed up. Be prepared to pay a fee to park your car on the premises. Never had to do that at a .open hotel lot that wasn't a parking garage..We will stay here again. Overall a 90% Satisfied.

The location and also it was way more affordable than most hotels for the weekend.

The continental breakfast. For hot options you could make your waffle, Make toast and they provided turkey sausage patties and pork sausage links like the ones to grill outside. No eggs whatsoever. I’ve stayed at La Quintas in Texas over the years. This was the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Louisiana so maybe it’s a thing here. I just would want more variety in breakfast foods. It was interesting to have pork sausage. The lady service was extremely wonderful but they would bring out so like if the sausages or turkey. People kept having to ask her if there was more. Other than that I had no issues with the hotel or its staff.

I was greeted with a smile and made me feel welcome. Lobby was clean and smelled fresh. My check in was smooth and they treated me like they knew me lol. My room smelled good and was super clean. Plenty of towels and I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. My bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioning was kick and that’s a big deal for me because I like my rooms extremely cold and it was wonderful. Definitely loved the fan always. Overall it was great!

The room was nice bed very comfortable, and breakfast was great

There was a knock every other hour coming from the refrigerator or air conditioner that wake me while I sleep, the elevator floor was dirty, there was no vent in the bathroom, and steam filled the mirror. I had to pay for parking, because the parking lot the hotel was on belonged to another company SAD

It was fast service.

The parking lot is dark allot of homeless people walking around. Sketchy environment you can tell there were all type of transaction were going on in the parking lot. The tub was nasty i have stayed in 60 dollar motels cleane then this location by far the work la quinta inn I have ever stayed. When leaving to go to the airport cops had a couple guys coughed in the parking lot at 6am in the morning

The people were nice and friendly. The bed was comfy. The microwave wasn't working, so I unplugged it from the wall and plugged it into the one on the table, other than that ,it was OK. The free breakfast was good although I would recommend getting hard boiled eggs that are already peeled. I spent more time trying to peel them and then no water to rinse the shells off, I had to use a bowl with hot water. Also, maybe 2 waffle makers and 2 toasters and chocolate milk please. Thank you.

Well, 2 things that upset me. I went to get a snack after our long day traveling because they canceled the flight, and when I went to the snack room, there wasn't anything I could buy expect sweet drinks, I didn't want sweet drinks. The other thing that upset me was the bar was not open and that Messina's had vacated the food service part of that fun little bar. Those are the 2 main reasons I picked this LaQuinta Inn, the snack room and the bar with food area and neither were there, I'm 😥 very disappointed. One more thing, no ice machine on 5th floor. Thank you

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect!

My room did not get cleaned. The Housekeeper only took the dirty towels and replaced them with clean ones...that's it. She left my trash can filled to the top with trash and I had to empty it myself.

Room was ok, breakfast was not as good as other LA Quinta location but filling. Airport was good but had to take a taxi because there is no shuttle available from the Hotel.

Didn't like that the fee to park was not added into the stay. I had to do extra work on my end to pay for parking, very distasteful. The lobby was reeking of the smell of pot, but management was working on finding who was to blame.

It was ideal for us considering that we travelled for more than 30 hours to get to New Orleans and therefore needed an ideal place to spend the night that was very close to the airport.

We need a rubber mat for the bathtub for when we are taking showers. The bathtub is slippery when you stand and take a shower and an accident waiting to happen.
