The breakfast more than adequate. Fresh, flavorful, looked and tasted fresh and excellent. The eating area was clean and well attended, the attendants were friendly and engaging. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this topic a 9.5. The check in was fast and the desk clerk was efficient and thorough. The motel and rooms in general were well maintained and clean. The location is very convenient to Interstate 10 and other main thoroughfares in Kenner and Metairie.

While taking a shower the floor in front of the sink became very wet. I found myself standing barefoot in a layer of water while shaving. Other than this, I really can't complain about much else. Moving to the area where your chips, cookies, drinks, etc are stocked for purchase.....this area was very inadequate with very few choices for snacks, drinks, etc., in short, this area needs a lot of help as it is poorly attended.

The hotel was VERY clean (and trust me i’m very PICKY about where I stay). It didn’t take the shuttle no time to get to the airport. To keep your car there was free (some hotels do charge even though you had a reservation with them). You did hear the planes but they were not that loud but also expected being that close to the airport.

I wish they had to go breakfast (muffin or fruit) for the travelers that have an early flight. Breakfast started at 6 but we needed to be at the airport by 5:30 to get through security & etc.

I had to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight, so I chose this hotel based on location and the free shuttle. Comfortable bed, and even though I was at the end of the hall, next to an exterior door, it was pretty quiet. I requested and received a wake up call at 3:45 a.m. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour, and was right on time for me. Make sure to let the front desk know that you plan to take it. The front desk attendant was so cheerful and professional at 4:00 am! There was hot coffee and hot water for tea waiting for me in the lobby.

I suspect many people stay here for proximity to the airport. It would be a really nice touch to have some portable breakfast foods, like muffins or bagels, for people who have to catch early flights and check out before breakfast. I also think the hotel is a little expensive for what you get - but also, I think you're paying for convenience and location here.

Based on previous reviews, I was expecting it to be a little more rundown and dirtier. If it public transit went out this far and it wasn't so far from the main tourtist places we visited (garden district and french quarter), I would absolutely stay here the next trip. It's clearly been updated and was really nice. Overall- will stay again if we need to be close to the airport.

The only constructive criticism I'd give is that booking.com had their checking time as 3pm when it's 4pm- luckily they had a room ready for us and that the airport shuttle only runs every hour, which would have been nice to be every half hour (makes a difference at 5am).

staff were really attentive to making your room was clean. the hotel was very clean and smelled awesome! people we came in contact with were very friendly as well.

My debit card was charged $192 extra when I called back the host claimed it fall off in a few days. if it doesn’t I plan to return about receiving a refund. I was aware of one charge which was a $50 deposit which they take when you check in. there’s no way they should have charged my card this way with no explanation or anything. I had to find out myself this money had been taking!

I would give this hotel a 10 on cleanliness! Smelled great when I entered the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Sharonda was an excellent clerk. Very friendly, made me feel at home.

I booked 3 rooms for my family stay. Room 205 did not have a bathtub stopper, so she had to take showers. Also, the shampoo holder was not reachable when I took a bath in my tub. Had to squirt some in plastic cups provided for coffee. Also, the pool was closed bc seasonal, although sparkling clean, per management's decision, although surrounding hotels pools were open.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel, especially since we have stayed at other locations for this brand. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The complementary breakfast was really nice and even had some variety each morning.

My only slight issue was that the pool was closed, however, it looked really nice and had a nice lounging area. Hopefully on a future visit the pool will be open.

The Oatmeal, toast, sausage and coffee were very well prepared and delicious. The gardening and view of the front were relaxing to see, clean and well kept.

There was water in front of the refrigerator, two nights that we stayed (Rm 114). It took me a while to learn how to get the temperature at the comfortable level. The price is too HIGH.

the stay was amazing. it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. on booking it states check in is at 3pm but at the front desk it states 4pm. so just be aware of that. they did let us go ahead and check in at 3pm so that was a plus

The room is modern, clean, and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The toiletry products were very nice!

There were too many Led's, ways for light to get into the room at night. The A/C made a squeaky sound when it cycled off.
