The location was great. It was the right distance. The day time staff was friendly. The hotel was very nice and decor was nice as well.

One of the staff members from night shift was extremely rude. I wasted a drink mistakenly and when I informed her about it, she walker off from me and did say anything. I even offered to get it up. She walked back passed again me and didn’t say a word. Didn’t say hey someone will get it up or anything. I had to find her and ask if i could have a paper towel or mop to get it up then she pointed to the security and said he would do it. She was so rude. The security guard was very nice. They also should explain the details of the deposit and how it works. Booking had the deposit as $100 but when i got there i had to give an additional $50. It went towards parking so it worked out but could have explained it alot better.

this hotel was right around the corner from baronne street and amazing food places. everything was within walking distance. the hotel was spotless and staff was extremely clean. valet for my car was great, never drove my car during my stay due to being close to everything to walk.

the lobby and bar area was dull. there wasn’t events or activities down there for guest to interact with each other like karaoke night an such. there wasn’t a microwave in the room.

The location was amazing, it was really close to one of my favorite restaurants firery crab!

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open later on week nights. Considering the fact that a lot of parents had their children out at the pool during the day and night, little time was left for single adults to enjoy themselves.

Elevators malfunction because card key doesn't register, after hours front door card key also doesn't work well, pool is meager and shaded

Room was very clean and quiet. I never heard other people in their rooms or in the hallway. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot water. Air conditioning.

The elevators were having trouble during our stay, so the wait time’s were irritatingly long. There were trash bags outside our room from housekeeping for over a day until we moved them over to a cleaning supply closet. Staff could be friendlier.

Location was excellent because it was just that far enough away as not to be too noisey from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon street but not so far as to walk anywhere you needed.

I thought the parking was expensive but ok I guess for a down town location at $43 a day but we still got charged for 5 days although we only stayed for 4, I don't think this is a hotel issue more of a parking sub contract.

The wonderful smell walking in the hotel was refreshing..with such a great scent and very vibrate atmosphere.and love the outside view by my room..Also I would like 2 Thank Floyd the valet man for telling us where 2 park..I wish I had time to swim but ran out of time. Have a great day..

The only thing that I did not see in the room was a microwave but other than that it was ok.

It was in a great location and most of the staff was lovely.

That some of the staff was rude and that thr fire alarm kept going off randomly during a fewbdays. Made sleep hard.

Booked for a pelicans game (19 mins walk, 7 mins drive). The area...although I drove to the Smoothie King center I could have easily walked (I felt safe). The rooms view looked out towards Canal st (hotel was on Barone st). Common area (pool table, bar, nice sitting area, very nice ambient music played on a big screen to a fractal video). Room was very clean (think studio apt or 3 bdrm apt livingroom as to size). Also the peephole had a cover (didn't have to use a small wad of tp). The hallway(s) was/ were very clean, very quiet floor (1212), no problem catching the elevator (was up and down several times within an hour and a half). Their baggage carts have safety brakes (cart won't move unless squeezed), an in house guide (like at the airports) to tell you about/ help you find attractions/ places to eat. Opposite street corners of the hotel (restaurants - steak etc. or Vietnamese food). Intersection of Canal st & Barone a seafood restaurant. Very clean location (streets not dirty or dingy). The hotel is part of the Marriot (Bonvoy) family.

NO usb hubs anywhere in the hotel (make sure you have a plug adapter handy). ONLY microwave is in the common area downstairs. Room refrigerator is ONLY big enough to hold bottles, NO ROOM for takeout containers.

Very motivated team at the reception. They listen to you and act on your request straight away. They are always smiling. The room was bigger than I thought. The room was huge. The bed was super kingsize and very confortable. The cleanliness was outstanding and the cleaners very respectful too. The safe was easy to use The icing on the cake is the location. Great location. We walk everywhere and few shops are around for shopping. Well done to the team.
