Great having the amenities, like kitchen and laundry. Great for a family.

No towel service. Also, our shower door would not close. That is something the cleaning folks should not have missed. It was not a huge deal, but annoying none the less. We did not submit a tcket for help because it would have been intrusive to have someone in...also, when i did need to contact the text was cumbersome and slow. Was locked out and stuck outside after walking a couple miles in New Orleans in hot weather. While this might not seem like such a big deal, it was 90 degrees in Louisiana and it felt like we were cooking. If lodgers coyld have a number to call or text with someone local it would likely resolve these issues without playing intermediary and taking a half hour.

Recently stayed here and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s walking distance to anywhere you want to go in the French Quarter and other parts of the city, like the market and the pier. Also super close to the trolley. Great apartment, clean and we had everything we needed, it was fully stocked. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, everything you would want or need and a pool on the top floor. Modern appliances, cute furniture, and a tv where you can watch your Netflix, Hulu, download your apps, etc…There is a cute bar on the first floor where you can grab a quick drink too.

The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy for some, mostly at night, but I’ve seen worse walking to the subway in NYC, it’s really not that bad. I do think they need mirrors in every room, we had a 3 room apartment and only one full length mirror in one of the rooms. Or maybe the placement needs to be adjusted. The walls are thin but not the worst. This specific apartment only had one window, nothing in the bedrooms and no closets, only hooks on the walls with hangers. Nothing that would be a deal breaker or that would affect your trip.

The location is great. The room was minimalist but stylish and had great amenities. The lobby bar was really nice and the bartenders were great.

The pool was poorly maintained. The filtration system was not working and the water was very foul when we arrived. There is no in-site management so I notified Sonder thru the app. They made an attempt to fix the pool’s filtration system the next day but it was unsuccessful. The rooftop pool was a primary reason we chose this hotel so it was very disappointing that it was unusable during our stay.

Location was great. 7 minutes walk to Bourbon St. and 2 minutes walk to Canal St. Perfect for families and groups. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure and clean spaces. Having an extra bathroom was bliss. Customer service - before reservation and during stay - was exceptional, very polite and helpful . Requests were quickly responded to.

Lack of dining chairs for family of 6 - small folding chairs would have been ok, but not really a deal buster. Small nightstand with drawers would be also be nice to keep small essentials.

No breakfast. Very comfortable and clean and everything we needed.

There was a leak in the living room. Not alot of water but did get the carpet wet. Came in from the ceiling.

Location was 1 block from Canal St and the trolleys. Pool was very nice after a hot day to cool off. Beds very comfortable, kitchen area was well stocked.

I believe the unit was brand new because I reported not having a shower curtain, TV was not connected, and kitchen light didn't work. Also the access code didn't work every time for outdoor access especially at 130am when we arrived very late due to a train delay. We were promised someone would come to look at the issues, and they never came

Fairly inexpensive, kitchen has nice amenities, location is really convenient and close to everything. The building seems newly renovated, but unfortunately there's no free parking. Parking garage was across the street and overpriced, but we didn't have another choice. It isn't clear where the front entrance is since the front is a bar, but thankfully the Uber driver helped us. You have to walk through the bar to get to the apartment entrance. The bathtub didn't have enough water pressure and didn't stay filled, and the bathrooms severely lack counter space, but overall it was a good place to stay.

The decor was stylish and modern with exposed brick and wood beams. I liked that we had the option of having three separate bedrooms and two full baths for our family. The floor plan was great and the space was well used. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries available. There was a full size refrigerator, oven with electric stovetop, a small microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Also, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper were provided. There was a washer and dryer inside the unit if you need to do laundry. The location is close enough to the French Quarter that you can easily walk to many restraunts, museums, and shops. The rooftop pool area was also stylish and clean with beach type towels available for use, if needed. There's a parking lot next door and a parking garage across the street that you can use and pay through a parking app.

Unfortunately, some of the other guests were loud and kept up a raucus during the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. My family's sleep was interrupted several times during the night because of a lack of situational awareness on the part of the other guests in the building. You can hear them through the walls and even from across the hall. With no Sonder employees onsite, I wasn't sure if I could actually have my complaint remedied while I was there. That's something Sonder needs to address. Other than that, the stay was good and it's a great little apartment.

Very centrally located to all of the districts/locations that I wanted to see on my trip. The rooms were large and clean, and the building felt secure. I didn't get a chance to patronize the on-site bar but it looked so tempting.

The pool was smaller than expected.
