The room was very nice. Bed comfy and they readily provided the extra blankets and pillows. Free breakfast was amazing.

THE ELEVATOR! Nerve wrecking. Also, It's a non smoking facility but every floor smelled like AMAZING weed. I was just a bit jealous that i left mine at home. There were foot prints on the wall in the bathroom and the towels all had long dark hairs folded up in them. The bathroom floor was sticky, so shoes were a must at all times. Coffee maker in room kinda sucked but the lobby was always full of coffee

The manager was amazing. She yelled all hands on deck to clean rooms so those of us waiting could have a place to stay away from the heat during our cities power outage. She was praising her team as she lead them. When I got my room it was ver clean.

There was no trash can in the room. I thought that to be a little odd.

we had reserved a king suite bcz our baseball family we're staying here also & our teenage son usually has his friends stay with us after games to play more games on the computer or card games. We couldn't get a king suite bcz none were available, so we ended up with a floor full of teenage boys trying to get good nights sleep before another full day of baseball. There were a couple of us that didn't get the room type we reserved. The staff was very accommodating & helpful with thick padding to make pallets & extra pillows. Our toilet was very slow working.

It was nice, good breakfast

This hotel is out in no where land but theres a small airport across from it. No place to go to eat without driving for miles. Finally found a sonic, Which we wanted a sit down diner. We got so lost getting back to hotel. It's not near any restaurants.

They already had my room ready and were just waiting for me to check in. Everything went smoothly during my check and check out. And as a bonus I didn’t pay as much as I though I was going to have to pay.

The carpet had a bit of a smell it wasn’t so strong that it knocked you out the carpet either needs to be replaced or taken out all together

That Ebony, the morning Desk Host, was amazing and very hands on when it came to my needs medically. She is all around the best Desk Host I have came in contact with in a while!!!!!

There was really nothing g that I didn't like. This place is very professional and clean

The manager and young lady who was working with her upon my arrival. They were very pleasant and showed excellent hospitality and very accomendating.

The second set of employees were very rude. They need some training in customer service

Breakfast was good. The cleaning staff did a great job

The rooms are showing age. They need to be updated/remodled. We stayed twice in two different rooms . A wake up call wasn't available.

Needs a little more variety for breakfast 🍳 🍳 juice 🥤 machine only had 1 thing to choice from ! More bread 🥪 , no fruit 🍑 , not much to choose from

We were late getting to motel we still had our room they were very nice and made sure our stay was complete

The floors could have been a little cleaner
