We had a beautiful, spacious room, with a small over for the night when it was already turning cold. The restaurant was fine, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. Once, they helped us out even thought the restaurant was already closed! To walk down the coast towards the small haven town was a wonderfull experience. Thank you so much!

the hotel compund needs some renovation. The oven in our room did not properly work, but with a technician this was fixed. However, it was end fo the season, the hotel closed once we left, so maybe everybody was already very tired after a stressfull season.

The property was beautiful just how the pictures are viewed. I love how the property is secluded from busy streets and roads. The view of the water is so beautiful especially during golden/sunset hour. My family and I booked a lodge so we had a little porch area to ourselves and partial view of the ocean which was still super pretty. Everything is a good walking distance from our lodge to everywhere else within the resort. The lodge also came with a mini kitchen area including with all the necessities you may need and the AC worked really well especially during warmer days. There was also a s’mores hour during our stay which was super nice. You can also call a shuttle bus to come get you for convenience to downtown harbor. Overall, we loved the property and felt welcomed by the workers.

My family and I were alittle confused at first about the parking situation and parking during check in was rough since both the temporary parking spaces were already filled. The roads are alittle narrow as well so I don’t recommend coming in a big car. Since the roads were alittle narrow, we weren’t sure if the roads were a one way street or not. First when we entered the lodged, it’s connected to two doors and stairways to another lodge above us which was alittle confusing. Secondly, when I entered the lodge, it’s kinda dusty and you can definitely smell the dust and see dust particles. The smell bothered us alittle but wasn’t a huge deal.

Spruce Point Inn has a special quality about it.. It is very Nostalgic. Our twins always love returning to Spruce Point for the evening s’mores around the fire, Ping Pong in the game room, riding the bicycles, enjoying the play ground and kayaking in the ocean. It doesn’t get any better than that. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. Spruce Point is a wonderful place and it reminds me of the setting for the movie Dirty Dancing. Everything about it, actually. It is an amazing place. Modern amenities, well appointed rooms, amazing location and family friendly.. with a twist of nostalgia. It is a very peaceful, beautiful and heartwarming place by the ocean. We also enjoyed seeing George who captains the boat on the free harbor cruises.

Nothing to complain about. We had an amazing ocean view room. Our room was beautiful. Very clean and the beds are comfy.

I liked the dinner in the bar area. We had excellent service, despite a large private party in the adjacent room. The salmon and basil mash were superb. I also really liked the sitting area outside the room, where the views were relaxing and absolutely beautiful. Also, the bathroom was spacious and super clean. The room was quiet, and the parking was convenient. Thumbs UP.

I wish the room had a phone charger (USB) port. Even though I was on vacation, the iPhone has become a necessity these days (sadly). That was the only (minor) drawback.

The staff here were excellent. All really friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The setting is beautiful and just a short drive (or free trolley ride) into Boothbay Harbor. The food in the hotel restaurants was excellent. It was rather expensive and we had planned to go out for breakfast some mornings in order to save some money, but it was so good that we ate in the hotel every day. We had lunch a couple of times and dinner each night as well. We ate in the Whiteclover restaurant one evening while the kids were in the kids club and enjoyed it. Portions all generous!

Beautiful property with incredible views and lots of activities for families. The grounds were lovely and they have a lot of unique activities to enjoy. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We loved staying there and hope to come back!

The room smelled a little—the carpet needs a deep clean. Need instructions for working the AC—it was hard to figure out and left us dealing with an almost 80 degree room for over an hour.

Loved the view and the property. The herb garden was very nice, the room was super spacious and the views were beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room had a covered cove porch. We picked the spot at the last minute and it was the last day that the resort was open. Our food was very good at the onsite restaurant, both dinner our first night and the breakfast the morning after.

The negative for us, was that some of the staff treated us aloofly. I can just say, that you should not judge a book by it's cover. Jeans and a flannel do not mean that you cannot afford a nice stay and that you do not tip well.

The breakfast dining experience was very good. The food was top notch and the service was excellent. We loved the location and relaxing in the lawn chairs overlooking the water. Our room was comfortable.

The cottage's bathroom we stayed in was small compared to today's standards.

Hotel well located at the end of the point and it offers amazing views on the sunset (right in front of the hotel). Close enough go Boothbay Harbor at walking distance (35-40 minutes). Perfect if you travel with your dog... very dog friendly. Cocktail's price expensive.

Cocktail's prices are expensives, and it was difficult to find information about the facilities without going or calling the front desk (no in room documentation).

We absolutely loved the location. The whole resort has breathtaking views and friendly people. We loved the size of the rooms and that the balconies were also a comfortable size. The little pool next to the ocean was enjoyable and we went in the hot tub every night to watch the Sunset which was fantastic. We got amazing pictures of the views! I loved just wandering around the grounds and looking out all the other units and cottages for our possible future stays. It was such a relaxing environment in the staff was so friendly.

The hot tub was very dirty. My son really wanted to go in and I had promised him that we would so I just decided to suck it up. We went in it a few times. I was really grossed out and scrubbed myself and my bathing suits immediately. Food - We don’t mind paying a large bill when we go out to eat but we felt that even though the food was pretty good it was definitely not on par with the price.
