Great location and fabulous outdoor swimming pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff.

There is no housekeeping for a three night stay. WiFi was very spotty. Air condition very loud and could not run at night or else couldn’t sleep. Services are a bit low compared to price point and service fee.

We have stayed here multiple times and been satisfied with the location and cleanliness. There is just a couple of suggestions which you will find in the 'didn't like' section.

We would just suggest that when the service is performed between guest that a little more attention to detail. We had to go to the office for hot cups as there was none left in the room for use with the coffee maker. The other item is a suggestion that the cleaning crew make an effort to shut off the alarm clock. We were awakened at 4am with the alarm clock going off. This is the second time it has happened. We will have to remember to check this when we arrive but guests should not have to.

Very large room with extremely comfortable beds. Air conditioner was quiet and worked great! The grounds were wonderful. A VERY large pool and hot tub, with plenty of chairs, tables and gazebos. There are two grills on property. The hotel is about 1 mile from downtown Ogunquit. There is a trolley that stops right in front of the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations and we will definitely stay again.

The only downside to the beautiful pool was the noise from the street traffic. Not really a big deal.

The Check-in/Check-out staff were very welcoming and helpful with information. The room was clean - mattresses covered, the room warmed up, and ready. The location is very well situated to the town and ocean. Would go there again.

Despite the bathtub, there was no plug and no way to stop the drain. I need to take baths for health reasons, so this was a #1 problem, for me on my relaxing getaway. The light/fan arrangement in the bathroom is very noisy and since they are tethered together turning on the light is loud. The TV had no directions and we could not play a movie. An actual smart TV would enable us to sign in to our accounts (e.g., Netflicks) or stream from our devices. Other than the bath, we were able to find suitable work-arounds.

Having stayed at this property several times before we were very much looking forward to our return visit. The property has changed hands since our last stay and we were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room. We were advised by staff that it ‘worked near the pool’. Luckily we were able to go out onto our balcony overlooking the pool to use it, but not ideal. Cleaning is now carried out every 3-4 days on request, but we only managed to arrange one clean during our 10 night stay. Other requests were not actioned, but we were able to obtain clean towels from reception.

The suite was spacious and well-appointed. The location was easy to get around town. My sleep quality was good. The pool is huge and gets loads of sun all day. Parking was never an issue, there were plenty of spots.

I didn't realize the "water view" meant that you could only see water in the distance...and only when standing up. The suite doesn't get sunlight in the afternoon. The cleaner didn't do a great job of cleaning. The whirlpool tub doesn't have functional jets.

Great location, can walk to some restaurants and the Footbridge Beach. Great to have a big pool and hot tub! There was a microwave, toaster and coffee in the lobby - which was convenient. It's pretty simple but it was great for me and my two kids.

Completely understand the shortage of staff but that was an adjustment to have to go and ask for towels and toiletries. But the staff that was there was wonderful - smiley, kind, friendly. I also think there weren't enough hooks or places to hang wet things in the room. With bathing suits, beach towels and bathroom towels, it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang them to try and dry them out.

Super friendly staff, loved the hot tub in the room, fresh coffee in the lobby with lots of creamer options. They also allowed us to get a little bit of a later checkout and accommodated my pet at the last min.

My only “complaint” was that there was no outlet by the desk. I had to work a bit while I was there. It would also be great if at some point, they added a tiny fitness center. It would be our go to place for sure.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. They have a huge pool and large hot tub easily accessible to all rooms. There were a few cabanas around the pool area and plenty of lounges and seating areas. The motel is near shops and restaurants, although not within walking distance.

The air conditioning unit in the room could use upgrading. The room did not get cool enough for us to sleep well. They over chlorinated their hot tub, causing my new LL Bean swimsuit to loose nearly all of it's color, which was very upsetting. Other than that, it was enjoyable to use.

Lovely pool, nice layout of rooms, FABULOUS staff! nice little gift shop!

No Breakfast, some communal spaces where in need of some minor repairs, there was some slightly peeling wallpaper, a thermostat with wires exposed Since they don't serve breakfast some breakfast things in the gift shop like oatmeal or heat and eat breakfast sandwiches would be nice, but not necessary, a microwave would be helpful!
