Very clean and well kept, close to the beach and all amenities.

The bed was a little hard. The breakfast was great and varied but there are too many people in front of the toaster which is located in a corner. It should be moved to where there would be more space for people to use it and for others to get their other food.

The room was nice with two comfortable queen beds, a desk, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom layout was great- in addition to the typical counter space on either side of the sink, there was an additional shelf that ran the length of the counter. It was so convenient to have all of your toiletries handy but not take up the whole counter. We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a great set up with hot food (such as sausage, omelettes, and potatoes) along with cereal, muffins, breads, and a make your own waffle station. There was an attached dining room which was very comfortable. We also loved the indoor pool/hot tub. Staff was very nice. Awesome ice cream parlor nearby!

There were not a lot of drawers in the room for the whole family’s clothes. Location was fine but we did have to drive everywhere. Definitely not walkable to see the sights.

We actually mistakenly booked this hotel. But where happy once we got there and had absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff where friendly and attentative. Each person we encountered from the front desk to the housekeeping to the maintence service all said good morning or greeted us warmly. The rooms were spacious and kept clean daily. The breakfast was plentiful and had nice options for anyone's diet choice. The coffee bar was fully stocked all day long. The pool and hottub area was perfectly clean and had plenty of towels to use for drying off. The flowers in the front recently planted at the beginning of the season were pretty and added a nice touch to the grounds. The parking was plentiful and we always found a spot to our liking.

Nothing to complain about even when we had an issue with our toilet flushing, asked at the front desk for help and in under 60 minutes a service person came and fixed the chain that had broken and needed replacing.

I'm not a breakfast person but had a muffin the first morning - nothing the second. I have stayed here many times. Location is perfect to go to Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Kittery. I go in the spring and fall to avoid the summer crowd. I requested room 131 and it was available.

The sign in front could be bigger. Difficult for me to see especially after dark.

new, modern rooms, helpful, knowledgeable staff, room was refreshed after first nite, breakfast was ok , fine. everywhere was clean, even though dos are allowed, love that! Hot tub was good, area didn’t smell like too much pool chemicals. even like the text i got from hotel after first nite checking to see how everything was so far. location is great . love the water bottle filling machine, nice touch.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. The beds were comfy! The manager (Tom?? ) helped by husband with the breakfast items by identifying kosher products.

The lack of grab bars in the bathrooms. The Lighting in the room was not great at all! I felt the rates for the rooms were on the pricey side, but the location, while not in the center of town was very good for our needs.

The pool, hot tub and pool area are clean and large. Decent breakfast, not the best but okay. Fine for a day or two. I love the 24hr access to tea and coffee in the lobby. Small lobby store with water and snacks. HUGE room with comfortable beds, lots of towels and pillows. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the street from a Hannaford and Reny's if you need anything. Easy drive into town and the beach.

The room and hotel could have been a little cleaner. It looks like someone wiped everything down with a dirty rag. I choose places to stay based on how clean they are. The room could have been cleaner if you looked closely. Stains on the couch, dust in corners. It wasn't gross or terrible, but they should put more effort into thoroughly cleaning the rooms and public areas.

Breakfast is always always enjoyable , especially with kids. They offered a good variety of items to choose whether a hot item or cold.

I had asked for a handicapped shower as I am physically unable to getinto a tub, they had none available. I did request it through Booking.com but the property stated I should have called the hotel directly.

Nicely maintained facility and service with spacious room. We stayed with at two queen’s suite with a sofa bed. The room was spacious and everything was clean, well equipped and well maintained without overdoing it. There was a small sink and microwave which makes it very convenient to travel with kids. The pool was small but had a jacuzzi that was very useful open from 7am to 11pm. Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials and equipped with nice waffle makers. The food was cooked in small portions and refilled constantly making them fresh. Also the food was not overly greasy which was very nice. They offered breakfast packs to go at the reception to take out for those who leave early. It was a nice distance from both Ogunquit beach and Kennebunk and there was a CVS and a decent Italian restaurant right next to it.

The hardwares are a little outdated and the pool could be maintained better(Removing wet towels and keeping the floor dry), but for the price I could really see they are making the best out of what they had and it had just the right amount of everything (+ spacious rooms) we needed at a good price.

Very nicely kept Hotel, very nice indoor pool and whirlpool and comfy breakfast room. 5 min drive from Wells beach and located right across the street from a supermarket. Also, only a short drive to Ogonquit
