We have stayed here before under different ownership. The new owners were very accommodating letting us check in because our room was ready. The location is perfect because it is close enough to town that you can walk and get to the beach, Cliff walk and Perkins Cove by foot. The traffic in Ogunquit area can be quite congested because it’s such a gem of a place and more people are finding out about it. The pool was open and very nice. The biggest factor is that this motel is affordable.

We do like places that offer breakfast but much has changed since Covid. There are several breakfast places and they are walkable if able.

The room was very clean and acceptable. The office staff were exceptionally very helpful and tried their best to accommodate me by changing my room to something more comfortable for me. After checking out I received a very nice text from the office person, I really appreciated the follow-up and concern.

The beds were uneven, soft, and uncomfortable for my liking.

The reason we stay at the Sea View Motel year after year is mainly because of the location and price. The staff is always very friendly as well and helpful! We will be back next year I am sure.

The room is a little dated and could use some updates. There also was a bit of a musty smell in the room but nothing terrible. We genuinely enjoy our time there but just wanted to be honest.

The room was very clean, I enjoyed the deck next to our room, the staff were exceptional... Great!

The noise level overhead in the room when sleeping kept us up , the guests above walk a lot in the night I think the sound barrier was weak - The pool area requires attention. 1- The furniture is not in good shape, the loungers are all stained with dark spots 2-chairs are broken. when I sat the arm was broken Smoking on the decks of the facility ( outside rooms) a designated area would be good rather than everyone just smoking on the room decks

Location was great walking distance of everything

Needed some updates And a few times when we went to the office when it was supposed to be open it was closed and there was no one there and no notes on the door to tell us why, It's a nice clean affordable place

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The owner was such a sweet man and even went out of his way to dry my daughters clothes. It had been pouring rain.

There was nothing I didn't like honestly. I wish it was a little closer in walking distance to the beach but it was still wonderful

The motel was clean and in walking distance to the center of town and beach.

There were not a lot of amenities in the room such As an iron but the front desk graciously loaned me one. The pool area was not relaxing and there was no hot tub.

Value stay withing walking distance of Ogunquit. We stayed in the cottage and it was perfect for our needs .

Needs investment, paint, gardens etc. There is a lot of potential.

The room itself the staff and manager were very nice. Booking.com told us it was pet friendly and actually it is not but the manager was gracious enough to see our dog was calm and quiet, well behaved and knowing we would not find another place let us stay.

Staff was friendly and available. Good location - quick walk to centre of town and beach. Covered porch with chairs for rain alternative.

We unfortunately had noisy upstairs neighbours.
