Location was convenient to beaches, Perkins Cove, shopping and restaurants. Beds were the most comfortable we've slept on our entire trip. Staff was very friendly. Our cards didn't swipe at one point and the young lady in the office was super efficient with dispensing new ones then went above and beyond walking down to our room to ensure they worked. Don't miss out on the sunrise at Marginal Way!

That there wasn't a bridge to access the beach from the property. But it's fine. Footbridge is a very short distance. Just would have been convenient. Bathroom was a bit small.

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived towards the end of a very wet day so were grateful to be able to stop driving and settle into our room . It was very spacious and clean with a good shower and comfy bed. Also this is a great spot overlooking the water. Pools were good too.

You really need to think about the sustainability of your business. Everything was disposable. Just to make a coffee in the room I used a coffee pouch, a plastic straw, a packet of whitener, a packet of sugar, all in a cellophane packet, then an individually packed paper/plastic cup. If you had a filter machine, coffee and a porcelain mug it would be so much less waste and impact on the planet! We all need to do our bit, and most would be happy to wash their mugs. The breakfast was even worse! Everything individually wrapped .

The location is perfect a short walk into town also a short walk to the beach at low tide. Plenty of parking and the staff were lovely we arrived a little early and asked if we could park up but as our room was ready they let us check in early which was very kind and welcoming after a long drive. Our room was big and comfortable looking out on to the pool and to the river and ocean. Plenty of handy facilities in the room and a breakfast by the pool in the morning. Perfect place for a peaceful relaxing break.

The resort is a little tired in places but didn't take away from the stay.

the location - we had a nice "suite?" in a cottage? 4 units in the building w/ a nice private deck.

As far as comfort - I could not give excellent because the suite had a strong smell of cleaning products which I did not like. I was able to open some windows - but MANY were stuck. If you are going to have screens on the windows then you should be able to open them all. I did not complain - because there was enough that could be opened. Also breakfast (realize all continental after covid) but pretty dismal. Also - they said there are no plans to open the hot tub because people "don't respect it". Sorry but not buying it. I've stayed in another motel on the strip with a great hot tub & it was a great feature. I was not able to stay there (MW) because of 3 night minimum for Memorial Day holiday weekend.

The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was a great added bonus. Our room was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to eat and cook/warm up food. I loved that we had our own little private deck. The walk down to the water was awesome. The view of the sunrise was perfect from the top of the hill.

The heated pool definitely wasn't heated. But it was still nice to have for a very quick swim. The pool area was very clean.

All the basics were excellent -- bed comfort, shower, tv, cleanliness, etc. Bonus free breakfast was better than expected!

We were in a new building that seemed to have not been intended as a motel room. First section had just one light on the wall . . . plus 2 wall switches that were connected to nothing at all! Lots of other quirks. HVAC was against the ceiling and had light aqua markings, so that even if you could reach the controls you had to stand on a chair to read them. Etc. Just a little weird!

The room was great! Full kitchen and very comfy bed!

No real beach access. The water along the shoreline was pretty gross. Looked like sewage from different properties draining in the water. Looks like the town needs to address this unsafe environmental issue. There should be full septic tanks by now. My buddy complained to Environmental services. Otherwise the hotel itself was great. Bad look for area lodging. Not the hotels fault. The towns should be addressing these issues.

Very nice location: Close to the access to the beach, very good lobster restaurant is right next door large rooms, full kitchen Helpful stuff.

It was quite strange to see request for doing dishes before leaving with possible charge of 25 dollars in case if the dishes left undone. I have never seen that before. I thought it is something cleaning service in the hotel exists for. I hope it will not progress to request of mopping floors and washing sheets before check out.

Very well located. Clean and spacious room with coffee machine. Breakfast was very basic (bread and Jam). Parking available right Infront of rooms

Employee's don't even know basic information like how to get to beach, should we drive there or walk. How does parking works at beach. Answers we found by ourself- Just park your car at the resort and walk to the beach. Parking at the beach is 35$.

The location was great, including a nice view of the river. Easy walk to Footbridge Beach and downtown Ogonquit. Saved a lot on parking. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was very clean, spacious, and recently renovated. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We took advantage of the on-site kayaking on the river and visited the beach. It was fantastic. We didn't use the pool, but it was large, clean and lots of seating.

The bathroom/bedrooms should have hooks to hang clothes, bathing suits...etc. Our first night there was a family picnic next to the pool with music playing very loud. This is not the atmosphere I was looking for on a relaxing beach getaway. Thankfully it was just one day. The AC was very loud and shook the window all night. Breakfast was "continental" which included cereal, oatmeal, some fruit, trixs yogurt, and less than desirable prepackaged muffins and danish.
