I was so tired when I got there. When I got to my room I realized the pillows had feathers and I’m allergic to them. I called the front desk and she told me I would have to come downstairs to get them. I kinda moaned on the phone cause I was so tired I didn’t think I could make it down there and she was so amazing to bring them to me!

There wasn’t anything

The location was perfect for us while we visited family in the area. The breakfast was a plus too, convenient and good for something quick. The staff lady doing the food was the nicest and most kind person.

The first person who greeted us was not too helpful but all the other staff were very nice and helpful and friendly.

Clean, location just off Highway.

Check in was a hassle. Booked through booking.com, but they didn’t have it in their system. She told me to call booking.com, and I never got through. It finally showed up in the hotel’s system. Then, the key card didn’t work, even after getting replacement cards. They finally gave us a different room. We were exhausted from driving all day, so this was all quite annoying.

Great staff, Julia is super, someone who knows the true meaning of hospitality. Nice room with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was very nice too.

No recycling bins anywhere. Breakfast paper plates and plastic cups are thrown into trash cans. With all the paper and plastic going into the trash, these hotels are not helping the environment.

BOOKING.COM NEVER CONVEYED MY REQUEST FOR A WALK-IN SHOWER KING SIZE ROOM TO HOTEL. HOTEL STAFF GRACIOUSLY OFFERED AN UPGRADE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS. WILL SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER USING BOOKING.COM AND NOT ONLY THE REQUEST IS NOT FORWARDED TO THE HOTEL BUT WHEN USING BOOKING.COM YOU CAN'T COLLECT HOTEL CHAIN AWARDS/POINTS......

free WiFi signal weak and slow. mostly when baseball camp season is on. parking undersized for same reason as wifi... breakfast menu could be improved

Very convenient, near a variety of restaurants and stores and located just minutes away from the Newell built GreatWolf Lodge.

Everything was fine

The staff is warm and friendly. They are accommodating and kind. The place is very clean. I love how it has shampoo, conditioner and lotion for the whole group (a nice convenience).

I would prefer better coffee in the room. I like strong coffee for the morning.

Wonderful hotel experience! Love some of the upgrades, (barn door style entry to the bathroom, which is separated into two rooms; vanity with mirror & closet and walk-in shower/toilet). Clean! Thomas made the check-in easy, and his customer service is second to none!

It's hard to find anything.. maybe extend breakfast until 11?

The hotel is well kept up. The bathrooms were immaculate, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet.

We’ve stayed here previously because of the location and because we were able to have breakfast in the hotel. We tend to get on the road early in the morning. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 a.m. At 6:45 a.m. there was no breakfast, only coffee, and I don’t drink coffee. I understand it was the day after Christmas, but if there won’t be any breakfast available, it would be nice to tell your guests ahead of time. The woman at the front desk when we checked in on Christmas evening said there would be a “lite” breakfast available in the morning. I didn’t realize “lite” meant coffee only.
