Convince of the location. It was within walking distance of almost everything we needed. We also liked that you used the keycard to use the elevator.

The shower was super slick and there was nothing to grab onto if you slipped. The curtain barely fit most of the shower so you had to get in and mess around with it and the magnets so the floor wouldn’t be completely soaked. There were still gaps at both ends that water would spray out of. There wasn’t a room safe. We don’t usually use it but our travel companion wanted to and was super paranoid. The floors in the breakfast area were super sticky all the time. It would be nice when booking to be told about the alley you can park in to check in and unload the luggage. The luggage carts need replaced. One of the carts the metal piece pulls completely out and it was awesome to navigate with a cart full of luggage. Both ends pull out completely.

There was a great view from my room on the ninth floor and a greater view from the Cloud level where complimentary breakfast is served. There is a good fitness room. Location is walking distance to the Convention Center, National Aquarium, and Light Rail and frequent city buses stop nearby. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff cheerfully stored my luggage in the storage room after I checked out.

Breakfast would be better with addition of non-dairy milk, a pot of oatmeal, and wholegrain breads. It would be helpful to provide more information about the transit system, which is a little hard to figure out. TV reverts to Fox when turned off, instead of staying on the same channel.

Location near Inner harbor.

Breakfast,the meat change every day.Hot food,or at least a microwave available!No seasoning and ketchup and or hot sauce. coffee was only available one morning. After 3 days I stayed there. You might want to add wheat toast and fix the waffle machine and the staff should clean up immediately wiping off the tables and the floor. It wasn't that busy. Thank you again. I've been there several times and I look forward to seeing you all again. Continue to have a blessed day.

The girl at the front desk was more than excellent. On the day we had to go to the port she called two taxi companies for us. When the taxis did not show she called an uber using her own personal account and came out to meet the driver to make sure we got where we had to go. Now that is service above and beyond the call of duty.

Location was great for the purpose of our trip. I liked that there was laminate flooring in the room and not carpet.

Bed was too high and not easy to get into, and not comfortable. Scrambled eggs at the breakfast were cold, would like if there were flavored creamers for the coffee, but not a deal breaker.

night receptionist was very good she gave us a room by accident that was someone else went down to change room got immediate assistance she changed our room and we were very satisfied thank you for making my work weekend better thank you very much have a Blessed day.

The Room was divided from the living room area giving privacy very nice and spacious with microwave and mini fridge. The staff was very friendly thank you to all staff. Breakfast was good, but the views from the Breakfast Room omg beautiful where you could see the Harbor.

You could hear the noise from traffic outside and ice machines were not working

Everything was clean, breakfast was excellent, and the location in downtown Baltimore was awesome, especially the convention center where I was going for work.

There was some construction going on in the hotel at the time of my stay, but I understand that that needs to happen. Minor inconvenicence, nothing major.

The Staff at The Check In or Front Desk were very unprofessional,Everyone Had Bad Attitudes, No One was Friendly and the People There act as if they Hated working there, I would not recommend that Hotel to Anyone

location to events/activities scheduled in the harbor area. the layout of the room was great. has a lot of potential.

active renovations in the building. which were also a concern in the suite. ac/ heat unit not working and covering was detached. window curtains stained. hole in wall near shower rod. shower curtain loops were broken. bed was loose/broken at the bed frame. and unattached from the wall (easy injury concern)
