loved the bed and pillows. The staff were so professional and courteous.

The cost of the breakfast bar should be posted. 44.00 for the breakfast is way too much!

Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.

Only downside was the breakfast, limited and lacking...basically some scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Shocked they did not include bacon as part of the breakfast.

far away from downtown. nothing really near. breakfast and food was expensive. I was told with my booking I had breakfast included but the hotel only gave me a $20 credit to use. the breakfast gif one person was 25.00! beer was 6.00 a bottle. just a bit expensive.

Hot water hit or miss , shuttle only runs twice in the morning 7.30 and 9.30 and twice in the evening , metro station a good 20 minutes walk or uber but you will wait a long time

The room was nice, and the housekeeping was great.

the coffee maker was missing a part so I was unable to use it, but the coffee from Cooper's Mill was wonderful so i guess it's not really a complaint. Also the faucet knob leaked.

It's a great place to stay! They got my family & I two rooms next to each other, no small feat considering there was a few HUGE out-of-state groups staying there. It's my favorite place to stay when visiting my hometown Silver Spring.

Our entire stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs. The breakfast buffet is awesome!

One of the elevators was out of service making waits at the main set of elevators longer than usual

We loved breakfast from Paulette and that's the reason we're coming back. Paulette did everything to make our breakfast special. Casandra help us a lot to change our room the first day and she was very professional with a big smile. Congratulations to both of them.

Bed, bathroom and room were cleaned. The hotel appeared cleaned, the pool appear cleaned, mask were worn by everyone. The restaurant crab dish was sumptuous!! and the drink also.

When i arrived at front desk, I was switched from my visa card to capital one. I was told that i would get my refund to my visa card within 3-5 business day. However, after 5 days i did not received it. I had to called the hotel 5 times. continuously explaining over and over what happened. At one point. The lady told me, that i would not be getting back any refund to my visa card. I informed her that the night before the front desk manager told me i would and that he had send an email to account department, and account dept will reach out to me. I told her i was only calling because no one from account department has email me or call yet. Long story short, it took almost 2 weeks to get back my refund to the visa card. The bathroom door was very difficult to closed.

The door did not properly latch. Consequently, when I left my room, my door was open unbeknownst to me. When I returned a few hours later, my leather Bjorn bag was missing. Fortunately, there was nothing in it and nothing else was stolen. Weird and unsettling.
