Great location, great hotel. Very clean. Beds were comfortable.

I had an issue with 1 housekeeper that worked 8/6 morning. First of all they knocked once and didn’t wait for a response and kept knocking. I was like oh my, if u knocked once……shouldn’t you wait for a response? Anyway, we didn’t need housekeeping, but I gave them my trash and I asked for a trash bag to replace it. I saw one of them reaching for it and the other told her not to give it to me. They were speaking in Spanish, but I understood a little. I was confused, because “I can’t have a trash bag to put my trash in?” I just closed the door and later on walked to 7 eleven bought things to get plastic bags to put my trash in. Also the WHOLE entire hotel didn’t have a microwave. Crazy if u ask me.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, location was nice, and staff were friendly.

Parking is a major hassle. And not very clear. Why are the dashboard notice papers given if you can only park in the fifth or sixth levels of a retail lot that you can only gain access to with a key card? Better parking options are needed. It takes forever to get to and from the car to the hotel. Also just my personal dispreference, I don't approve of sliding doors for a bathroom. They don't offer lots of privacy and aren't sound proof from the rest of the room. Also another note there aren't any curtains to completely block out lights from windows. The little see through pull down blind doesn't count.

The property was clean, and offered unique amenities, e.g., yoga and basic exercise equipment in the rooms.

The beds were clean, but absolutely too soft. However, as I was first assigned a handicapped room, the hotel rep said the bed was soft to accommodate a handicapped person. Having been a caregiver for many years, such a soft bed would create an unstable support for a person with mobility issues. While I was moved the another room, the bed was firmer, but still not quite firm enough.

Location- close walk to the mall and close walk to the metro. Parking on the 5th floor of the structure was not pleasant and the gate's arm did not work. Our requests were responded to promptly - for more coffee, towels, etc

There was not enough closet space for our 5 days stay - no dresser at all. The floor in our room had burnt tile that needs replacement. Parking on the 5th-6th floor of the garage structure.

It look very artsy and I’m an artist so I appreciate stuff like that. As soon as you walk in there’s fresh water with fruit for free presented. That was nice of them, because nothing is free anymore. The gym was huge and had all the weights in there. The machines were clean and functional.

It was clean the air was a lil stiff in the hallways especially on the 5th door but it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Location and staff

We had some issues with the first room, but the receptionist helped us fix the problem and accommodate our needs. It was overall a good experience. The breakfast is simple and wasn't included in our rate. I loved their muffin but thought the rest was just average. It`s convenient if you don't want to leave the hotel, but not a good option if you're used to a big meal in the morning with more variety.

Furnitue, interior design

Car parking, parking price. We had to park the car, around midnight, in the so called Congressional parking, which is nowhere indicated as such. Once we reached the 5th floor we couldn't find the elevator, came down the stairs, ended up in the middle of nowhere without a clue as to wher the hotel entrance was. It was a very disagreeable experience. Then, the parking was charged to us $18.

Extremely clean, and quite comfortable (especially for sport-oriented persons - even the rooms have the training equipment). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

1. The parking is in an outside garage, cost money ($18/day) and is unpleasant to go to/from under rain or alike. 2. The breakfast is submitted personally (like a restaurant service), and thus it's not possible to get additional vegetables, and a drink costs additional money (e.g. coffee costs $4), etc.

The hotel was super clean and in close proximity to may restaurants and stores. It is also in walking distance of the Metro access. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. My only complaint is having to park in the parking garage. I will be returning to this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Parking was in a garage not connected to the hotel.

I have three absolute requirements when I stay in a hotel: cleanliness, comfortable and quiet. All three of these expectations were met. I think the fitness equipment in each room is brilliant!!

The parking arraignment was unclear on the website when I booked the room. I think $18 per day is excessive. In addition, the parking garage is not connected to the hotel. To be honest, as impressed as I was with the hotel, I most likely would have chosen a place with free or at least lower cost parking.
