Breakfast was fine. This hotel caters to cyclists who are biking the C & O Canal or the Cumberland Gap. The hotel is right next to where the two trails join. There is a nice brewery next door, but it does not serve food. Occasionally they have a food truck visit. When we were there the Main Street in downtown Cumberland was torn up so many of the restaurants were closed or had restricted hours. When finished the town will look really nice and worth a second visit.

Hotel is dated and could use a renovation, but all in all it was fine. We were there to bike.

We were traveling on the GAP bike trail and this hotel could not have been more conveniently located. We loved the availability of the pool for our tired muscles. The breakfast had all we needed to fuel our day's ride. The hotel welcomes bikers with available wipes for cleaning off bikes and allowing bikes in the rooms. The rooms at the back overlook the creek, as does the breakfast room - coffee creek side is a bonus!

Not the hotel, rather the town - a few more eating options? We did enjoy our walk into town, across the river/railroad tracks to have a meal overlooking the depot.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It sits next to the bike path and is a ten minute walk to downtown. The hotel is modern and the suites spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is above average for this type of property. Laundry facilities were appreciated as we were in the middle of a cycling trip.

The beds were a bit hard. The front to back layout of the suite meant that the “living room” was a bit dark.

Bike washing and tool station right off the Towpath trail. Easy access to historic district and local museums and shops. And an actual freezer as part of the refrigerator (though a noisy unit that we unplugged for sleep)

The room lacked modern usb charging ports. There was only a single low powered one in the alarm clock. The washer and dryer were overpriced given their small size.

We were there with one of the bands for rock the Mt. When I say your place was the cleanest nicest hotel, i truly mean that. I even told the lady at the front desk how amazing it was so beautiful and clean with the absolute friendliest staff!! Your staff hosted some very amazing (even famous) musicians and even with a full house both nights you ALL provided so many of us with a great stay in Cumberland MD. We hope to return next year for this event. Top Notch All The Way Around!! Thanks so much!!

Absolutely nothing!! Everything down to the view of both stages was perfect this past weekend.. Great Job Fairfield Inn Employess!! Every single one of you were great host to so many of us crazy Rockstars 😊🤟

Very clean and comfortable. Room large enough for 3 ladies and their bikes. Breakfast was more than adequate, and staff friendly and helpful.

A bit more furniture in our room than was needed, but we tucked a few things in the closet, and it was made adequate room for us

The hotel was super clean and the staff were great. Parking was easy. Breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice.

It was a bit on the pricey side. I know that you get what you pay for with hotels, but I have stayed in many other hotels that were a bit cheaper and still had the same quality. Other than the cost, this hotel is great.

Clean, updates, spacious lobby and dining area, extra facilities like laundry, pool, exercise room. All of the staff were friendly, helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, town center, shops, and biking/hiking.

We made the trip to ride the Great Allegheny Rails to Trail bike path. This starts in Cumberland so the hotel location was perfect at the start . But, we also stayed at this hotel for 2 additional nearby legs of the trail located in Meyerdale and Rockwood so in all we were very happy. The hotel also featured and indoor pool and hot tub for after the ride relaxing. Numerous Good restaurants are within easy walking distance.

We liked the whole experience and would do it again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. Very clean with a large bathroom and no noise. The beds were comfortable, although the room was cozy. A large breakfast area with adequate food items. A few more healthy options would have been a plus. Parking area was well lit.

The breakfast could have been a little better with healthier options as part of the main foods.
