Love the location staff is always friendly clean and comfortable

It isn't a dislike just wanted to inform them that there was only mildly warm water in the sink and it took several minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Just not a fan of wasting water to get it hot!!

Breakfast met our needs, source of protein, fruit, good variety. Location was good for what we needed to do while there.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room or left more towels while we were there.

Great location close to stores and restaurants. Close to family's house.

Front doors were broken but we understood it was a problem they were working on fixing.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, property was well maintained I will be returning. Red Horse restaurant next door was also nice, it was very nice to be able to walk to it just across the parking lot. Location is very central to Frederick and convenient to much of the city.

Good location. Convenient to the interstate and close to downtown. The staff was exceptional upon check in.

One of the reasons I chose this property was for the free breakfast, however upon check in I was informed that due to Covid they weren’t providing breakfast. It wasn’t until I was checking out that they were offering to go breakfast bags. I suggest that you post online that you’re not currently offering breakfast. It would save a lot of anger at having to locate a grocery store to source breakfast items.

Perfect location on ground floor, private. Full breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cearal, yogurt and fruits.
