OMG that breakfast was absolutely AMAZING… on Sat my honey made me go to a diner and we missed it but on Sunday we went and it was the absolute best meal of our trip! we went to some fancy restaurants but i loved the hotel breakfast! all u can eat… fresh cut fruit… pancakes with so many toppings.. i had coconut walnut pancakes WOW so delicious… my honey took the eggs/bacon route… on sat they had omelettes and sausage which we missed! never stay there and not enjoy their breakfast… best breakfast i have had in a long time! THANK YOU

the bathroom door… it was frosted so if u turned light on in bathroom during night it lit up the bedroom

It was in a convenient location and was very quiet

The only discrepancy I had is that they charged me AGAIN for the full booking when I had already prepaid on the booking.com app. You would think this is something they could see on their end. I had to make a call to get it sorted out and I’m still waiting for my refund. Definitely will be asking more questions when checking in if I choose to stay there again. Having $500 come out when you don’t expect it is very inconvenient

I liked the confort of my room, clean and spacious. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. I loved the drinking water at the lobby. The staff was kind and helpful. I felt safe walking around the property.

Carpet cleaning could be better. Even though it looks pretty new, it has some ugly stains in some areas of the carpet. On a long stay room cleaning should be every other day. Try to maintain it well.

We stayed there on our way back home from Florida. Our car would not start the morning we were leaving and had to be towed and serviced. Therefore we had to stay an extra day. Rachael, who worked the front desk, was extremely helpful. She got us the AAA-number and extended our check out time while we waited for our car. When we had to book another night, we rec’d a good rate and were allowed to stay in our same room. My husband and I will definitely stay at Spring Hill - Marriott hotels when available on our travels. This is because the facilities were wonderful but mainly because of the professionalism and kindness of Rachael.

It’s spacious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I know it’s a safety precaution, but I hate the card swipe in the elevator. The cards aren’t always as responsive as they could be. I also wish the liners for the ice buckets were easier to get on. I also wish the tv would not turn itself off all the time.

The hotel was pristine clean, felt safe in the room and on-site and the staff was wonderfully welcoming. We were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend.

More bath towels in the bathroom would have been great. But it was easy to get more at the front desk. We missed breakfast on our checkout day and would have liked it to be resupplied and extended to 11:00am as there wasn’t much left at 9:45am.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very large and the staff was kind. Great security measures and amenities.

The room was pretty clean, there were a few spots that were dirty, that probably shouldn't have been missed. There were crumbs around their microwave area, and a few areas in the bathroom that needed to be cleaned. For the money you pay, the breakfast could have been better.

Everything was great. The place had plenty of safe parking, the room was exceptional with a modern design, the bathroom was big and bright, very comfortable all around. A big multi choice breakfast selection. Location was very easy to get to. I wouldn't hesitate staying here in the future. Nothing bad to say here.

My stay was too short

Check-in was quick and easy. Clerk accomodated us with a room on an upper floor instead of on 1st floor. Enjoyed their free breakfast.

I had to ask for more towels on 2nd day. They didn't make up bed at all. The last night, whoever was above us was making a lot of noise. Pool closed too early.

The rooms were very clean. There is a Sheetz located right in front of the hotel so you could walk over if needed. Restaurants are close by. Amazing complementary breakfast compared to others (dairy-free options for coffee and cereal options were a huge plus for me) Staff was very nice. There is a bar open in the evenings as well.
