The customer service was excellent. When I wanted a smoking room, they accommodated me without hesitation or any issues. I will be using them again in the near future. And there was so many places to choose from to eat. The movie theater was not to far either, all in all a great location!!!!

That the elevator was broke. That's it.

The check in was SO convenient. The front desk lady asked me if I had any fun plans, told me about a new book she had started and wished me a good night. Very personal and comfortable.

Location and price

All ice machines not working, my tub drained so slowly I had to take very quick showers so it wouldn't fill up, I was at work after my first night and didn't have a do not clean on my door and the cleaning staff didn't clean my room.

The location was great! Price reasonable. Room was clean.

I did not find the check in clerk very friendly. The room could have used a little refrigerator and microwave. WiFi went out late in the evening.

Clean grounds, well maintained, room was clean, everything worked.

Pool was closed, some other units played loud music, but they turned it off by 10 pm, so no disturbance at nite. I slept ok.

I liked large size of room and bed. Staff was friendly

I was confused that there were no wastebaskets in my room. Tenants congregating on the parking lot blocking parking spaces.

I did not have breakfast

When I checked in, there was a somewhat loud party going on in their banquet room. It made trying to check in a bit difficult as it was hard to hear the front desk clerk..

Spacious if compared to other similar properties. No smell at all. Clean. No carpet, which is great. Everything in the room seemed to be rather new.
