When I say this was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in, I wouldn't be saying enough. The Facility was very clean the staff was friendly Happy Hour was one Happy Hour (if you get you get lol) I loved it the barmaid was patient and always greeted you with a smile I like how they had appetizers and honey when I say I slept like a baby smh I woke up so refreshing breakfast was a plus great variety of things to choose from unlike some other hotels they had turkey bacon and sausages (Don't eat pork) that was great. The children loved the pool .The staff even let the pool stay open an extra hour because the children were having so much fun. Thanks, we really appreciate you all for doing that. ♥️Hubbie and I have already booked our room for New Years Eve ♥️ I can't wait to stay again. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ♥️♥️

How big and clean the hotel was

Stuff was a little rude

We liked the size of the room, the view and the bed, pillows and comforter.

We were on the seventh floor and the toilet did not flush sufficiently. We were only there one night and didnt want to move after we unpacked. By the time we left it wasnt working. There was a large group in the lobby at breakfast so we would have had to wait for 25 minutes in a line to get food cooked to order so we opted for coffee and toast but that did not suffice us so we bought food at the airport. They should relook at the whole breakfast flow and look at self serve stations rather than reliance on one person to serve tons of people.

I was satisfied with the clean room, Happy Hour and every staff member that I encountered had good customer service!

The hot tub was taped off and the water was drained from it I assume for repairs. I would have preferred to be informed of the issue prior to my arrival because I wanted to enjoy that particular amenity with my friends during our stay.

The room smelled and looked clean. The breakfast was awesome. The front desk.associates were very nice.

The phones didn't work and we mentioned it to the front desk and they said they'd take care of it and unfortunately didn't. The pool is only open till 8p. If you have a late check in, you're out of luck. At least keep it open till 10p on Friday and Saturday.

Everything was great. I notice the Sheff that made the omelet is the same person I see every time I come. He is so nice and quick with putting my omelet together. I love the happy hour and the pool and sauna is so very relaxing. I stay at this hotel at least eight times a year and have never had any problems.

I only had one incident and that was when the children were unsupervised in the pool area and there were people coming in with coats on, taking them off and getting in the pool and not knowing if they were guest or not.

everything about my stay was amazing , check in the girls were amazing , breakfast was perfect !!!. Then the two complementary drinks at the bar and light snacks great . they truly know how to keep there guest happy . we enjoyed our stay and they were sold out . they had a wedding party, a big cheer competition in the area , two big parties and not adding the other people that just booked to take flights /just took. they kept up with everything . Big hotel we loved it thank you to the amazing workers for doing all you do .. god bless .

check in took long but it was a holiday weekend but no worries ..

We love the spacious suite and the quietness nightly. I rented a walker, and the staff was very kind on returning it so it can be picked up by scootaround. We will return our next vacation.

Didn't like the schedule of cleaning our room. Our 6-day stay, we felt that we should not have to request cleaning. However, we did receive clean towels daily.. The breakfast was okay, but serving bacon every morning was boring.

Clean, quiet, decent breakfast

The guy at the front desk was really rude and housekeeping entered my room at 9:00am as I was getting out the shower.

Breakfast omelette and station cook was awesome and friendly. The inside of the hotel looks modern and very light, clean and open. The staff were great! The shuttle drivers were all super accommodating and very nice and welcoming. Also, this hotel is very kid friendly! There were lots of kids being kids and for me I liked to see a hotel that didn’t make a big fuss about kids playing in the common areas as long as it didn’t disrupt other guest.

The only one small con I will say that could be a little better is maybe updating the rooms when they can. The beds were clean and comfy but our room had a big red/purplish stain on the floor. It was just an eye sore. I would suggest maybe I would recommend updating the insides of the room and maybe taking away carpet for better cleaning and up keep. Other than that our stay was pleasant.
