Our flight from Maine was delayed due to weather and Baltimore was our layover city. The airline re-booked us on another flight late the next evening and we had to find a place to sleep. We were unprepared and knew nothing about Baltimore or the airport. We chose Westin when we heard other passengers talking about staying there. We booked online for the night, and took Westin's free shuttle from the airport. We had slept at a VRBO in Maine for a week, where the bed had a hard, thin, mattress. The bed at the Westin was comfy and we commented that it was the best sleep we'd had all week. As far as noise was concerned, yes, it's near the airport, but they provided enough ambient sound and insulation to where we didn't even hear the planes. Also, the airline had our checked bags, so all we had was what we put in our carry-ons. We were lacking some essentials, so my husband asked the front desk for a toothbrush and toothpaste and was given a goodie bag that included toothbrushes, toothpaste, extra toiletries, and even a roll of toilet paper! Very nice. We had breakfast there the next morning and it was very good with excellent service.

Close to the airport. There is not much around the hotel but I there for business so being in a quiet area was appreciated. Nice modern, spacious, clean decor. I felt like I was in a quality room. The hotel in general looked great.

There isn't much parking near the entrance of the hotel. So you probably have to park a bit of a distance from the front. Its best to stop your car at the front, check in bring your luggage to your room then go park the car. They do allow you to do this. Also you are on a bit of a hill going down to the parking area on the side and around the back so if you have a few bags definitely stop at the front first.

The location was nice. the room was beautiful. the staff was amazing. this was my vert first experience at a westin hotel and in maryland. I was very much pleased. The food was great. the bartender gets an A plus from my husband & I. we enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying here again.

I would have liked complimentary breakfast. I would have enjoyed a better view. instead I had a view of just the roof and what appeared to be the back end of the hotel. other than that everything was fine.

Very attentive and caring hotel staff. Lady behind me had an epileptic seizure at the check in desk. Everyone was so caring and willing to help the poor woman. They called 911 immediately and stayed on the phone passing along tips for attending to the woman until the ambulance arrived. Empathy and compassion was demonstrated by the staff and they all reacted brilliantly/calmly to a crisis situation.

Left too early for my flight to enjoy breakfast. Maybe next trip!!

I had originally booked this hotel because they offered airport pick up and transportation to the cruise terminal. I was disappointed to find out they would not take us to the cruise port because it was more than 3 miles. We had to book an Uber. We also arrived hungry and ate in the hotel restaurant and were very disappointed. Strange menu options and quality of items very disappointing.

property was clean, beds were super comfortable. Rooms are bigger than average.

we checked in and there was a fire alarm on. we were out of our room for almost 30 mins,standing in parking lot with all the guests. It was around 11:30 pm. we had a conference to attend in morning. Hotel should have provided with a compensation or atleast an apology.

Easy to get too and close to stores and food. Decor was very pretty and staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was clean and I liked that I could control the tv from my phone. Booking and check in was very easy and fast same with check out.

The bathroom was not what I was expecting. The soap dispenser was broken so I had to use the bar soap from the sink which is fine I was just expecting the white tea soap. Also just not a fan in general about the tub was hoping for a stand alone shower like other Westin locations. Also there was not enough light in the bathroom or the option to only have light over the shower and not the sink. limited channels on the tv and no option to use streaming services or screencast Netflix/Disney+ etc.

Breakfast could had been better. My husband and myself don’t eat pork or beef.. they didnt have anything Turkey to serve us so we only had eggs & potatoes. I think you should atleast offer one of each . One turkey product nd one beef or pork product.

Everything was ok

I enjoyed the facilities. The inside of the hotel and the rooms were comfortable. The atmosphere and the restaurant were also very good. The pool was also very nice.

The cleanliness was just okay, I feel they could have cleaned more thoroughly. The parking situation was a bit of a pain in the ass. Outside of the parking and cleanliness level it was a good time.

The roon was clean, and the hotel itself was really nice.

What I didn't like is booking didn't say that you have to pay 15.00 a day for parking which is ridiculous. Why do u have to pay for parking when there are plenty of parking spaces.
