Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and because I stayed there for 9 nights I really appreciated having a little kitchen to cook/store food in. I also appreciated the fitness centre which was well equipped. In a really great part of the city, close to downtown/inner harbour and within walking distance to most of the main sites. The breakfast was also generous. Would highly recommend!

The only slight negative is that I could hear my neighbour on the phone next door but apart from that, it was quiet. I never raised the issue with reception though so I'm not sure if they would have done something!

Beautiful old building that has been redecorated really nicely. I slept so well at this property. The kitchen facilities were the main reason I stayed here and they were very nice. However, there isn't a grocery store nearby so I had a delivery through Amazon from Whole Foods. It's something to be aware of if you are planning on cooking and need groceries. I liked the breakfast and all-day coffee/tea. The staff were super nice and helpful and efficient. I liked the gym which was basic and in the basement but very clean and had everything I needed.

At certain times of the day, the shower water took a long time to heat up. It got very hot but I had to get used to starting the water several minutes before I actually got in. It wasn't a problem but I had to adjust. The hotel is on a side street that gets quiet at night. It's a little off the main drag of the inner harbor so not a problem but something to be aware of.

Great place to stay. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we had a good view of the harbor from it. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, the only bad thing was that we didn't have the best weather when we were there but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We were able to get discount tickets to the Aquarium at the hotel, we just had to ask the desk clerk to sign us in to the computer to do it. The continental breakfast was what you usually get and it was good, except for the juice. For some reason the juice dispenser didn't serve the juice cold, and the orange juice was awful. We are actually staying there again later this summer and taking our grandson.

Staff were VERY helpful, and polite including front desk, valet and security. Security guard and my son enjoyed conversation as the guard helped my son find a place to get a late night burger after the Blake Shelton concert. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome; eggs, meat, waffles, variety of breads and cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, potatoes, and drinks. Our room was very quiet despite being on the ground floor and the street outside the window. Hotel is close enough to Inner Harbor for people who enjoy walking.

Room 117, the toilet paper roll is poorly placed making it difficult to reach.

Breakfast was better than I expected (there was a Belgian waffle machine, got eggs, bacon, potatoes; no ice unfortunately), kids had a great time, decorated nicely for Christmas. Took the kids to the aquarium which was 2 blocks away and convenient. We arrived later, around 6pm, and didn't walk around the hotel at all. King bed suite was really nice, bed was very big and comfortable. It was really nice to have the option to close the door to the bedroom in the king suite. Kitchen had some utensils which was appreciated. Filtered water would have been nice. Trash cans a little small.

Area around it maybe a bit dodgy but that might just be Baltimore. Kids slept on pull out sofa which I was expecting to be a full but was really a twin so keep that in mind...

The location was awesome. The hotel was very nice & clean. The room size was amazing, beds were comfortable and the hot water lasted long enough for 4 people to shower. The staff was very friendly.

After returning from our outing we noticed the room was a little chilly. As the night went on and the room go really cold we tried to turn the heat up and the heat wasn't working.. We did reach out to front desk they came up and turned the thermostat up and started it should be good but there was still no heat. We were offered another room but since it was so late we stuck it out.. Breakfast was ok but the food was cold and we arrived for breakfast as soon as it started.. I did voice my issues during check out the CSR advised the manager would give me a call its been 2 weeks still no call. Other than that it is a really nice hotel and convenient to a lot of event venues.

My sister and I shared a 2 queen bed suite and was totally pleased with the cleanliness, supplies, and overall quality and comfort of the suite. The complimentary “Social” hour offered from 5-7:30pm for guest who arrive on a Mon. Tues. or Wed. was unexpected and a pleasant surprise! Thank you! Breakfast, the following morning and throughout the duration of our stay, was phenomenal! Thank you!

My sister nor I sincerely had not one complaint about anything!

When I arrived, I was given a choice of what kind of room I wanted. Ended up with an entire King suite for less than $200 a night. Fully stocked bathroom and full size kitchen complete with all kitchen necessities. Complementary breakfast was fantastic. Option for room service was great even though I didn't use it but I did purchase some late night snacks from their pantry. The entire hotel was classy with just the right amount of old timey charm. Was a 5-15 minute walk to all the places I wanted to go to. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I go for another visit.

Close to the inner harbor and lots of shops/restaurants. Very pleasant staff. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was exceptionally clean.

Our room was along an alley and numerous times a car parked playing extremely loud music that one night woke me up and the next night kept my son and myself up. This is no fault of the hotel or staff.
