Friendly and energetic staff, really good breakfast with good hours, love the nearly hidden location, air conditioning was too notch, the cats were very comfortable in the room.

The pool was under construction which was kind of a let down. Saw a really big spider in the elevator one day.

The lady checking us in seemed to not know what she was doing. She couldn’t find our reservation, but the other lady found us easily. She also only checked us in for one night instead of two, so our key cards stopped working the next morning at like 11ish and we had to deal with that.

Very convenient with Chinese, pizza, coffee shop restaurants and fuel right around the corner on way in our out. Clean, comfortable with a nice breakfast. Pretty typical set up with fridge, coffee, and probably a microwave but didn't look. The price was much better than other hotels in the area when I booked same day online with Bookings.

The lamp on the nightstand near the window needs to be replaced it does not work The TV is so small against that big backdrop

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited. Would have been a bit better with more food options. Housekeeping did not come in between nights to make the bed, but that may be a new covid change.

The location was perfect and the rooms were extremely comfortable.

Make sure personnel check the coffee machine that there is nothing left in it. Make sure all used towels are removed and that there is enough toilet paper prior to guest arrival.

I had a wonderful stay and the staff were wonderful. They treated me with respect and were welcoming. I will come back again.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. They took time to make sure everything was clean. Check in was a little late but I know they were short on staffing. No problems here.

The Front Desk Night Gentleman was very friendly and accommodating when we rolled in at 12:30am.He was very nice and promised me a delicious breakfast!
