The pool and garden area were remodeled over the winter/spring. This helped give the resort setting we needed. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It had handicap access to the beach, enough space on the beach to not feel crowded, excellent restaurant attached, lots of shops across the street and last but not least, almost every staff member was friendly and helpful (just 1 grumpy elderly pool bartender)

The wood furniture in the bathroom and kitchen was very scratched up, and the rug seemed old. The other aspects of the room appeared updated. There was no "spa" as listed. The front desk stated it meant "hot tub." There was an unusual smell in the corridor by the stairwell, indoor pool, and the arcade area. We are not crazy but decided it smelled like celery (mold and musty).

Perfect location! Right on the beach! Just steps away from plenty of shops, restaurants, and miniature golf, and Bus stop. Comfortable beds, quality bedding, towels, and complementary toiletries. Friendly, welcoming, and accommadating front desk and housekeeping staff. Outdoor pool/leisure area with food/bar service and live music inviting and amazing! Beach access, hammock area clean and well maintained. Indoor pool and hot tub area clean, well maintained, including lots of clean towels. Arcade top of the line with up to date games, prize machines, etc. Onsite restaurant/bar, Touch of Italy, is fabulous! Authentic and delicious italian cuisine, decor, and atmosphere. Numerous menu options, including breakfast, generous portions, and excellent customer service!

The staff were helpful. When we went down in April, there was construction being done outside(I would have hoped they would give some much needed attention to the rooms). But anywho, they have a pool outside with chairs & hammocks. The beds are comfortable, and my favorite part is the ocean view . You are allowed to smoke on the balcony(that's a great thing for a smoker, I haven't come across another hotel that allows it). Also the price is decent.

The room had a musty smell, and the rooms need an upgrade.

They top floors room has a best view & their employees are super friendly & helpful. One of them named "Briyana." whenever it was her shift, she was calling to our room to find out if everything is alright or if we need something.. ❤️ after years traveling all over the world & most in US. I NEVER SEEN LIKE THIS!! These guys are awesome!!

Only the thing I didn't like was the way they covered their "Breakfast Included" , because we were 3 adults 1 child that we have to be on 3 days be served by 3 breakfast; but they only gave us $90.00 gift card that was not enough to cover all 3 days breakfast for us! When this hotel has the policy that price of each breakfast for adults is $15.00 ( means for children probably is $7.50 ) means for 3 breakfast they should give us $52.50 each day that for 4 days makes $157.50, not $90.00! Besides, you don't need to give any kind of gift cards to people for breakfast! Just let them they go have their breakfast as all other hotels, when it comes with their room "Breakfast Included"!

Didn't get to do breakfast. Just coffee. But the staff all were awesome I Thank Them so much and will be back next season.If they can put up with me .

The fire alarm at 3:30 in the morning scared the hem out of me thank God just a false alarm.Low water pressure alarm set the fire panel off .It happens .I know got called in to work a lot for alarms!!!

Pool, pool bar and beach areas were excellent

Our room was quite dated and in need of updating..the floors and carpet were not very clean…we had to use towels in order to walk around the room. The first couple of days, the pool water was quite murky…it wasn’t until Wednesday when they started to work on clearing the water…by Friday the pool water was clear.

The hotel is right on the beach. The pool area was great as well as the swim up bar, fire pits, hot tub, hammocks and swing chairs. Our room on the 5th floor was clean. The hotel Italian restaurant was excellent. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room and bringing clean towels when asked.

The game room needs more games. The hallway carpet on the first and second floors need replacement.

The breakfast if your thinking its a free breakfast like it says you will be disappointed they give you a card to use at the restaurant and it gives you 30 bucks a day if you have more than 1 kid your paying for the rest of the breakfast cause the cheapest thing is ten dollars there so to me it wasnt free cause i still paid for it cause you pay extra for breakfast anyway with the room if i new that could of save money on the room and had breakfast anywhere. So dont pay extra for breakfast with the room its cheaper just to pay the restaurant or go somewhere else

Felt like a resort with the way the pool area was setup. Almost forgot that the ocean was only a few steps away. The restaurant was was very nice as well

The pathways to the swings and hammocks were not lit. There is red paint on the edges of the steps which is great during the day, but you can't see it at night. I would suggest some lighting on the stairs before someone gets seriously injured

Super nice staff, the young lady who checked us in was so nice and made it so quick and easy(cannot remember her name), and everything everywhere seemed so clean! Beautiful view from our balcony. Was excited that our balcony sliders had a screen door too. Was able to fall asleep listening to the waves..so relaxing! We also stayed in one of their newer updated rooms, although the room size was great the bathroom was a touch smaller than some, but nicely done. Great water pressure! My husband and I enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and recommend this Hotel to family and friends visiting the area. Cannot wait to go again!

Bed was a just a touch to firm for me, but not for my husband 🙂 Also, our stay was way to short.
