2 seperate bedrooms and full size refrigerator. Ocean view. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff was very nice and also called to check to see if we needed anything.

The air condition in the bedroom that had king size bed did not work. The bedroom that had two twin beds did not have a TV fpr the kids. We booked one extra night stay so we had to move to a new room number. The room we stayed in our last night there had a mini fridge and the freezer part in it did not work properly ice cream sandwiches all melted and couldnt keep our water bottles frozen needed freezer to work for our daughters ice cream that she takes her medication with. The door was hard to open on 5th floor. Was not able to hook pur chromcast or nintendo switch up to the tvs.

The location was very convenient to the beach and located on a the very quiet end of the boardwalk with other hotels. It is connected to a cafe and mini bar off of the pool area, which is helpful for snacks or drinks but wouldn’t order actual meals there as they weren’t very good. There is a large pool yard also easily accessible to the beach with a rinse station.

The room and facilities seem slightly dated. Also, it is motel style with access to the room from outside which was not shown in the pics or name.

The rooom was perfectly clean and the staff were more than helpful. While the rooms were Comfortable and clean, the shining star of this hotel is the staff. Quick. Responsive. Helpful. Above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was top notch. Also, it’s a good location and the pool is well kept and nice!

Only down side for us is that as a motel and with pets, it caused extra disturbance while being on the first floor and having a high traffic area. Also, there’s not a dedicated pet area and it makes you feel like you have to find your own spot that won’t upset neighbors… even if you intend to cleanup! So more pet friendly areas with grass would help.

My family of 5 stay here every year because we love the location, the cleanliness, the WONDERFUL staff and the views. Room service is always a pleasure as well. They clean your room at a convenient time for you. It is our favorite place to stay while on vacation!

I can't name anything that I don't like about staying here. It's perfect to my family and I.

Loved the front and housekeeping staff, coffee in lobby, location, the bar by the pool. Very convenient location. Parking was a little tight, but never had a problem finding a spot.

If you can’t handle noise of guests staying in room above you, this is not the place for you. Not sound proof at all. Had an impossible time sleeping or enjoying being in the room because we could hear every breath, step, chair moved and what sounded like bowling ball that was dropped.

Fourth year at this Location, Like that it's not in the main stream of the busiest part of the Beach (It's on the beach but far from all the large Crowds of People ..) It's Pet Friendly 😀 they give you pamphlets on information for your pets visit as in vets ,pet friendly restaurants ect .. that was the main reason ,we came to this hotel each year😀

THE STOMPING!! (Heavy walking) above us 😡( Glad I brought Ear Plugs ) and I would recommend anyone to make sure you buy earplugs before you go).. Also was Upset they wouldn't take My AARP discount at the Main Desk( they did last year 🤔) & said something about the old Manager wasn't there anymore and I had to do that through Booking.com Will have to contact Booking.com.to

We stayed in room 110 and right outside the front door was the pool and right outside the back door was the beach! That in it's self was priceless! The front desk ladies Shan and Grace were wonderful and helpful and they provided the best customer experience our family has ever had! Thank you ladies. ♡

I really don't have much to complain about except how small the bathroom was, lol. Our room was smaller than most rooms we have stayed in but it actually was very comfortable.

The room is clean and big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Looks like it was recently renovated. The floor isn't carpet, which is much better than carpet especially for when kids are all wet from the beach/pool. Location is good, by the beach and on boardwalk.

The room has a tiny step from the entrance and bed area that is the same color as the floor. The kids tripped a couple times each before they learned. Could be dangerous for someone and should be painted a different color. There was no warning sign either. Sofa bed mattress keeps falling through the frame at the corners, even for the one kid.

I liked the location by the boardwalk and how close to the beach it was. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were also very nice, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I believe the wifi could have been a bit better. It was kinda spotty and slow. However, it wasn't that much of an issue because we didn't need it that much. The room felt slightly small for a four person group, but it worked for what we needed.

Wow, what a great last-minute find! The room had a perfect full oceanfront view in a great location. It's about 4 blocks from the end of the boardwalk(on 24th Street), so it's more quiet. There is a restaurant right next to the pool and they play good music all day(not too loud), so it's really fun. You can eat outside or inside. The lobby offers free coffee all day, and it's really good coffee, too. The hotel only has 5 floors, so it doesn't take long to use the elevator. They keep the grounds and rooms very clean. The parking is ground level, so it's a shorter walk to the hotel. The front desk staff are so great! They personally text you throughout your stay to see if you need or want anything. As soon as I texted them, they immediately accommodated my request. I'm going to stay here again!
