Love the location, ten minute walk to Fenway Park and five minute walk to attractions. Having a huge mall on the second level was amazing. You don’t even need to go outside for dinner with great restaurants right in the mall. Love the $3 shuttle to the airport! Rooms were perfect. Mall has a CVS to get snacks, but 78 other name brand stores. The Sky Boston rooftop attraction is worth it, in the mall. It’s just $10 if you’re wearing sports gear, and has three levels. You can view the entire city from this observatory, three different ways!

When we checked in we asked if it was possible to split the bill on two cards evenly and if not we would just use one card. We were told it would be no problem at all to split it. Upon check out, the person checking us out did not want to do it. Love how the visiting team stays next door. Was able to get autographs and even see them in the mall attached to the hotel.

Staff were incredibly friendly, and accomodating. Upon arrival the room I was given had a few stains on the woodworks, however as soon as it was reported it was resolved. I was moved to a lovely room and proceeded to have an excellent stay.

There is no natural air within your hotel, and this can make the hotel feel suffocating at times. i am someone who sleeps with the window open at home, so it felt restrictive at times. The current furnishing is out dated in the rooms, as is the toilet flush. However I do believe there was a mention of renovation at some point in the future.

The location is great and also the beds.

I was disappointed that there were constructions in the reception and the restaurant. When I booked the rooms, I saw nothing about these constructions. The experience was therefore not as good when we arrived at the hotel. I would have liked to know this in advance. I would have given the facility, comfort and value for money a higher rating if the reception and restaurant had been ok

We had a large room with several seating options; the king size bed was comfortable, 3 large windows to let in light (the view was not great); daily housekeeping that included fresh water and coffee/tea; The Market as an option for breakfast rather than the $30 buffet; friendly staff; quick fix when the light in our bathroom quit working; direct access to Prudential Mall which also connects to Copley - good for walking.

We used Uber and several of the drivers were confused about getting to the entry for the Sheraton but we always got there eventually.

Renovated room has been well thought out with regard to layout, sockets, lighting, furniture. The view was great and my request for a high floor was honoured. Check out handled efficiently and without fuss.

Water pressure poor, carpet a bit sticky, mattress a bit soft, décor a little strange, the doors were an odd choice, safe location and action - unique! Hotel under renovation so the vastly reduced lobby area was a disappointment.

Location and staff. Very clean hotel room, great maid service. Staff very helpful. Wonderful workout room and pool.

Remodeling and was told only the day before we arrived. The bathroom tub and plumbing needed upgrading. Had to stay on the 9th floor to avoid noise in a room with two double beds.

Great hotel, spectacular location, just next to Boyston and Newburry streets. Integrated with Prudential centre, it offers everything you need. Green metro line inside the shopping, FedEx branch in the hotel can receive your online purchases. The hotel is not very new, but it incredible beatiful, clean, big and functional. It also has an amazing indor/outdoor pool. Congrats Sheraton for this one!

The bathroom could have a glass Blindex shower enclosure instead of a curtain.

I appreciated my ADA room. The low pile carpet was only a bit grippy on my walker so I was able to get around with just a bit more effort than usual. The cleaning staff was helpful when I could use help holding my room door open and ensured my bathroom door remained open for my ease of access.

The transition lip into the bathroom was a tripping hazard. When not in my AFO, I used the rolling chair as a walker and it required me to lift it over the lip to get into the bathroom. Thankfully I can still perform this action.

- The location is EXCELLENT. It's located inside the Prudential Mall and right next to Newbury street. You can easily walk to Beacon Hill and all other popular destinations. - Rooms were modern and well kept. - Daily housekeeping. - Free coffee was provided daily. - The view from my window was amazing. You could see the river and the entire surrounding buildings. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Also at night when it's all lit up. - The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Lots of areas to sit and work or enjoy at the lobby. - Reception staff was nice enough, some were really helpful whereas some were pretty rude. Depends on who you end up talking to. Housekeeping staff was really nice though.

- The hotel restaurant isn't great. I wouldn't recommend it. - The bathrooms were tiny. Literally so small. - The hotel isn't as silent as I'd prefer. You can hear neighbours and you can hear the bathroom from other rooms. Was really annoying especially at night. - I called housekeeping twice to request water bottles when they forgot to restock mine. Even after calling twice, no one came to give them. I had to order them from a store nearby. - Heating was a bit confusing to control. Sometimes it got too hot and sometimes too cold. - Housekeeping doesn't vacuum unless you ask them.

Central location, large well-equipped room with very comfortable beds.

I would like to see local calls non-chargeable and cheaper WiFi.
