Location was perfect with a five min walk to the train and easy car access. The breakfast buffet was great every morning with perfectly cooked bacon. A bit more variety or more fresh fruit would’ve made it perfect.

The walls were very thin, so it was a bit noisy. We could hear the guest next door snoring, and the room above us had a heavy walker who was up at 4 every morning clomping around. The doors to other rooms were also noisy every time someone let them close. Also, the water pressure was pretty weak so taking a shower was a 30 minute endeavor!

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the shuttle driver was great, the location very convenient, and the room was very nice.

My only complaint was that the upstairs neighbor woke up and tramped around the room early and I lost sleep. One thing I noticed in Spain and France is that they have very solid floors in hotels, and you don't hear your neighbors. They advertise soundproof rooms. I will look for that in the future or request the top floor.

I didn't eat breakfast every morning that I was there but it did seem that on the days that I did it was the same offering. I wish there would have been a little different offering each day. No biggie, still filled me up and saved me from paying for breakfast somewhere else. I wanted to see both Salem and Boston and thought that I was staying pretty in between. I was depending on which travel experience that I wanted, I was a little far from Salem and definitely closer to Boston if you rely on the subway and buses (cheap travel but takes a lot of time, what is more important for you?) One day I decided to take an Uber and found that it was 45 minutes from door to the Witch Dungeon in Salem. Please note that there was not one single time that I felt unsafe, in fact, all but 2 people that I met were very friendly and helpful which says a lot because my family has nicknamed me the "Friendmaster." I did make sure that I was back in my room before dark every night just because. I had a fantastic experience as a single traveler. The hotel accommodated all of my needs and was kept very clean. Also, it is about n 8 minute walk to a Target if your forgot anything. Pretty convenient. Oh and it rained one day during my 10 day stay (how lucky!) so I stayed in that day, I chose to do laundry and took money with me. Well, what do you know, it was FREE!!! I did think ahead and brought my own Tide Pod and dryer sheet. But I did stand there for about 5 minutes trying to figure out how to pay for the washer :) At the end of the day, if that is the worst thing to happen to me I think I had a pretty successful day! Enjoy your stay!

Just because no one is perfect I guess that I would say a different selection of breakfast every other day at least? Otherwise, it was great to stay here!

The location was very close to the sea, with many good restaurants around. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown Boston. The suite was spacious, and very clean and tidy. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped (with coffee maker). The bath was big. I loved the gym, where I worked out twice during my stay. I enjoyed working in the cozy lobby by the fireplace, watching the big screen and sipping coffee. The premises also has a nice indoor pool, although I didn't have the time to enjoy.

It would have been nice if the bar downstairs was open until later hours, and served some snacks.

Didn't like doing bit if laundry after a long trip and having to battle housekeeping using guest laundry. They took up all washers dryers .. They did move it along quickly but must have washers / dryers to get it done behind closed doors. Again pot smell in hallway. Not hotels fault but just skunk smell in hallway. Not good with kids for the price to have that...

Location and price was terrific! The shuttle pickup from the airport was excellent! The overall value for this accommodation was reasonable. I would use it again if ever in the Boston area.

hot water in the "kitchen" sink was almost non-existent and it seemed to take far too long for hot water to be available in the shower or the bathroom sink. PLUS the shower floor was slippery when wet and the least amount of soap was on it AND the sliding glass door in that particular room would not stay closed!!

Location Location Location. Located only 10-17 mins from downtown Boston and Cambridge, this hotel was perfect in distance from MIT, which was our main reason for travel. Breakfast was excellent, though I wish they'd serve sweeter objects like pastries. Nonetheless, we had a great time at this hotel and hope to visit again.

Wish cleaning services were offered but due to pandemic could not receive any help. The shower tends to overflow if you have long hair, be wary. Parking is not free, which I thought it was since parking was abundant.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the variety offered. I loved the egg, cheese and bacon bagels. I liked the sun screen and blackout screen options in the room, and the full dispensers of soap, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower. The always property appeared clean—inside and outside. The BLUE LINE train and a Target store are both within walking distance.

Pillows on the bed were flat, even after fluffing and doubling them up.

Modern, big room, very clean and comfortable. Had a small kitchenette which surprised us. Free shuttle to the airport. Good WiFi. Breakfast incl. fruit and hot options included in room rate. Coffee available all day. Friendly staff. Approx. 5-10 minutes walk to the metro stop into downtown Boston. Very convenient for our short stay in Boston.

Too much plastic used for breakfast. Breakfast quality was only ok-ish, could have been better.

The breakfast was average and it was taken back very quickly. There was very few chances to get breakfast once is passed 10:00 a.m. I enjoyed the room, and being there for the week allowed for more quiet time and space. The cleanliness of the room was great and the room service to replenish the room was speedy and timely. We were rarely interrupted or intruded upon.

The location of the room, outside the large widows was other apartments. It was not the view I expected and it did seem weird that people can see inside the rooms. The timeliness and scarcity of the breakfast.
