The room was clean and staff were wonderful. The breakfast that was included was a hot breakfast, including eggs, protein and a potato option each day. I wish breakfast went a little later, for those mornings where you want to take it slow, but the option to ask for take out containers was appreciated. The bed was quite firm, but we slept very well. For my spouse who smokes, the smoking spot was close to the exit doors of the lobby on the backside of the property. It was well lit and well maintained.

Having to pay for parking each night - although we learned that everywhere in Boston is paid parking. It would have been nice to have this included in our stay. The other thing that was a bummer was not being able to use my work code for our stay because we booked through a third party site. It would be nice to know that upfront.

The entire hotel is beautiful - very posh. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle that was perfect for what we needed - super punctual, with a friendly and helpful driver. We made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend this hotel for a business traveler with an early morning flight. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet which we weren't able to take advantage of because our flight was so early, but adjacent to the hotel is a wonderful Mexican-themed restaurant where the food (and cocktails!) were delicious. Another plus is that you can take the food and drinks back to your room as the hotel is literally right next door.

OMG the room was sooooo cold!!! Mind you, we were in the middle of a heat wave, so the AC was jacked up to the max, but there was no way (that I could tell) to adjust the temperature, and when I had to get up in the middle of the night, it was painfully cold. I literally could not stop shaking. I'm sure if I had called the front desk, they might have been able to send someone up, but at 3:00 in the morning, I didn't feel right doing that. A heads up at check in as to how to adjust the air conditioning would have made this room perfect.

Comfort inn suites at Revere gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Boston. The included breakfast is just amazing, tons of delicious options. The suit itself is clean, comfortable and the decorations are very tasteful. The bus shuttle to the airport station/pick up is a life saver. The hotel has everything you need, they literally got you covered for everything (inside pool, laundry room, fitness center). I’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff, everyone from desk to cleaning are wonderful people ready to help. 100/10 experience.

The facilities were clean and pleasant, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was convenient parking on the premises. The shuttle service, with runs to the airport every 30 minutes, was exceptional; we used the shuttle service several times. To avoid downtown Boston parking, we shuttled to the airport and then took the subway service downtown. The hot breakfast was great and there was a pool for the kids.

The area where the hotel is located is industrial and not terribly aesthetic. The morning of our checkout, the hotel lost power when we were at breakfast, so we had to use the stairs to go up to our fifth-floor room and then bring our luggage back down five flights of stairs. However, due to the power outage, they ran the shuttle service off schedule so we could go to the airport early.

Close to airport, clean and comfortable no-frills room. If you are with a car, there is a nightly fee. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes was the reason why we stayed there. Easy to store luggage during day. Bed was exceptional comfortable and great shower - both so essential for airport hotel!

Breakfast was typical American fare - lots of carbs, mediocre coffee, sweet, concentrated juices. There were hard boiled eggs available vs the heaps of cafeteria-style scrambled eggs.

Hotel was very close to the airport and has a shuttle. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room included a good buffet breakfast. Our flight departed later in the afternoon so we were allowed to stay in our room until 2:00pm. We used the swimming pool and small workout room. The staff was very friendly. Though we did not have a car there was good parking. Took an UBER to down town Boston for dinner.

Located in an industrial area so not able to walk anywhere but was generally quiet.

- The cost of parking should be included in the whole package. - Let the clients know beforehand that they can bring their blankets because none are available. I have cancer, and I'm still under treatment. I'm always cold, even when it's hot outdoors. The room was a bit chilly, but I brought my blankets. Other than that, we were pleased with everything.

Shuttle was prompt, curteous and helpful with our luggage. Left for the airport at 03:30 so did not have breakfast. Coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Having the restaurant attached was the reason we chose this hotel, and it was excellent.

I realize our stay was over Memorial Day weekend, and the price was comparable to other hotels in the area, but the price of $336 was at least $100 too high. The facilities were the same as any other day. Price gouging.

The property was very clean and the room was comfortable. we usually use VRBO but since this was our first trip to the area we decided a hotel made better sense. We had a queen bed and a pull out couch so it was nice and gave us a nice little sitting area. And the mini fridge and microwave are always nice to have to save some money on snacks and for doggy bags.

The only negative I can say is that it is a pain to get into Boston. You have to take a shuttle to the subway to get into the city. But they made it very easy and the shuttles were reliable and safe. It drops you off right at the airport subway and you can pretty much get anywhere else from there. The Mexican restaurant-I would skip!

The hotel was not too far from the airport and we really appreciated the free shuttle that we used every day that we were there to transport us to the station to travel into the centre of Boston. The breakfast provided was very good and the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable and it was great to have laundry facilities to do some washing.

The air conditioning was rather noisy as it was quite warm for that time of the year. We were able to open the window but still needed some air conditioning.
