The rooms were private and spacious. We had two rooms, close together and in our own private area.

The spa was gone, and the heated pool was not very warm. The firepit was communal. There were people who were always sitting at it that we all necessarily did not want to commune with.

Great location - 3 minute car ride / 20 minute walk from the wharf/downtown and all the little stores and restaurants. Room was pretty clean and large.

Bathroom shower/tub had a big moldy grout line (pretty gross). I was there for 7 nights and it was very challenging to get them to clean the room and get me towels during the stay. Breakfast is pretty lame - more like a 7-eleven type of cold breakfast (packaged pastries and bagels instead of fresh stuff), some fresh fruit, coffee, etc, and a bowl of boiled eggs. Definately not worth being included in the room price (i would prefer to pay less for the room and hsve no bteakfast). Staff was not very friendly - they come across as if i was a burden, and they were doing me a favor to talk to me ($1500 stay, lol)

The place is modern and well-designed. The room was very nice with a good shower and two queen beds. It looked new except for some small details. The pool was great and they have a nice courtyard outdoors next to it with lounge chairs. The location is just short of a mile from Bearskin Neck.

The breakfasts are continental with pre-packaged pastries, bagels, and some fresh fruit. They had just seal-coated the main entrance which left only one exit that was blocked off by a guest who picked a bad place to park. We had to wait a few minutes for them to get back and clear the way. That was not the hotel's fault, though.

I reserved 3 rooms as there were 9 of us. We were going to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. We are aged 30’s-70 and this hotel was the perfect location to walk to town for us. About a mile walk, with sidewalks the whole way. Hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast had good choices to get your day started but there is also a Farmhouse Kitchen next door which I highly recommend trying out! There was a minor snag checking in as they didn’t have the third room for me. The rest of my party was able to check in, I was not (I suspect it was Booking.com). They did find a room for me and I was very happy with how the whole situation was handled.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Rockport Inn. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, standard buffet style (muffins, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, granola bars, cereals, juice, tea and coffee etc.) and the tea and coffee in the breakfast room was available and replenished throughout the day and evening ..... a welcome touch after a day sightseeing rather than using the coffee machine in the room. Rockport is lovely location with some beautiful beaches and restaurants. There are lots of art galleries and bespoke craft shops. It is also handy for whale watching boat trips and more in Gloucester. We didn't get the chance to use the swimming pool or the fire pit/outdoor seating area at the Rockport Inn. We liked the availability of the computer in the foyer and printer for use by guests and we appreciated being able to 'check-in' and for printing 'boarding passes' for our flights.

Nothing, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Very comfortable and clean room and I am super picky about cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Great value, nice room and location for the money.

The staff at the front desk wasn't very happy or friendly. One of them brought an adorable puppy into the office and she wasn't even very nice to the little adorable puppy. It was really weird. They looked miserable. Also, no premium stations (HBO/Showtime, etc.) or Netflix. In this day and age, most hotels have one or the other.

The pool was nice and refreshing. The room was clean and no outside noise filtered into room. Location of pool was not far from our room which was nice. The continental breakfast offered a lot of choices and was well stocked.

The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a sign inside the pool area advertising a hot tub. When we spoke with an employee of the hotel facility, they stated that there hasn't been one there for awhile and pointed out where it used to be within the pool area.

Indoor pool was a great amenity. Room was very comfortable and very nice that it was dog friendly. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very underwhelming, we skipped it after the first day. It looks like there used to be a hot tub, which would have been a bonus. Perhaps a little bit pricey for what it is.

Privat access to the room which was clean. The room fitted well for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and enough pillows. Most things in good condition. Good to have table and two chairs, but would have been even better with two extra chairs for our board game sessions but we worked it out by placing the table by one of the beds. There is not a room service during your stay so you need to ask for f.ex. extra towels and make your bed your self.

The fridge was loud and the breakfast is not worth attending but there is a great breakfast/lunch place in town called Two little birds eatery.

I liked the location, parking, inside and r us outside structure and appearance . The stall were all friendly and helpful. The pool facilities were great looking .

The pool temperature was too cold, I went in once and out in five minutes. The five day I was there I never saw more than two guests using the pool. A hot tub area would have been nice.
