Beds were comfy, rooms and grounds clean, location was great for spending half trip in Boston and the other half north of Boston. Breakfast was standard for hotels nowadays. Staff was pleasant.

The door to the parking lot/pool didnt latch unless you pulled it all the way. This didnt impact my stay, but I might not have booked here had I known that this is a tour bus hotel. The road the hotel is on is weird to this Midwesterner. Took a bit getting used to. All these things said, I would stay here again.

Chris, the front desk clerk on the evening shift is EXCELLENT 🎉🎉🎉. He has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE compared to other places we have stayed. We travel often and Chris exceeded all expectations. He told us about mass transit, restaurants, places to see, etc. He was always smiling! My husband is a manager for a company and stated he wished he could hire people like Chris because of his excellent skills. Other staff were also helpful but Chris stood out. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anyone we know traveling your way!!!

We had no issues

1. Housekeeping, Technicians, Front Desk - all the staffs were exceptionally nice, polite, understanding, proactively helpful. 2. Location of the hotel property provides ease of commuting to&fro to various tourists spots in no time. 3. Morning breakfast was a treasure to cherish. 4. All time availability of Tea / Coffee / Hot drinking water makes it chery on the cake.

Hard to express what we didn't like. Still if TV channels were more that would be better.

This was our first time in Boston. We rented a car from the airport, Holiday Inn had a very good parking, but found out the parking places are quite ecpensive in Boston. So we managed to park in Wellington metro station by an app(!) and visit downtown by metro. To go to whale watching was easy and a wonderful experience from the hotel. Visiting the ocean coast and the small towns like Salem was also wonderful.

It was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Lots of different breakfast foods to eat. The area was very clean. They cleaned it up after everyone left. The staff were also friendly. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Good location, ample parking, nice staff. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer on certain floors. The microwave on every floor came in handy. The fitness room had enough to get a workout in. The breakfast was good with unlimited coffee 24/7 with the ladies working hard every morning to make it enjoyable. Plenty of seating. No complaints!

It was par for the course as far as a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good!! The guy at check in was nice, not sure who he was - no name tag - Check out lady barely looked at me - (again no name tag) she was busy on her computer. Never asked how my stay was, never bothered to say thank you - and for $300 for 1 night I would expect more!! Very disappointed in your staff.

It’s was ok - typical Holiday Inn. Only 2 washcloths & 3 towels? Room accommodates 4!!

We only stayed one night as we were traveling and didn’t get checked in until after 10 pm and left early the next morning, so mainly just a bed, shower, and breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! I love that they have bottles of Dove products for you to use. The hot breakfast was really good with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bread, etc.

The toilet in our room was really low. We’re tall and out of shape people so hard to get up. 😂

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room were modern looking and clean. I usually have hip pains in hotel beds because they are uncomfortable, but not here. These beds were exceptionally comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had plenty of options available for whatever you wanted in the morning. The hotel staff was very helpful when we requested a room change halfway through our stay due to noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

The first two nights we were there we had exceptionally noisy neighbors. The room we originally were in had the doors to expand into the neighboring rooms leading to an easy path for noise to go from room to room. This compounded with road noise from the highway led to a couple of sleepless nights. Once we switched rooms, this problem was solved.

It was right where we needed to be between Salem and Boston.

The hotel is right by the road, so the view was just of the road. There’s a balcony but the doors to the balcony were nailed shut. Understandable though. The bathroom and sink were separated. Was a bit weird. Our room was right next to the elevator and conference room so it was a bit noisy at times.
