Great location in the Berkshires for a getaway. This place looks pretty impressive overall. There are a lot of buildings and its slightly tucked away. We booked a 2 bedroom 1 king 1 queen villa. It was definitely spacious for the 2 of us and a baby. It has a full kitchen, dining table, 2 full bathrooms, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a nice semi private balcony/patio. We stayed in building 19, first floor, room 310 and there was a brook right behind the building so the view was nice back there on the patio. We requested to be put there because I read reviews that mentioned the brook and it was greatly appreciated so I hope this review comes in handy for others looking for something similar as well. I saw some balconies/patios that faced right to the pool and I wouldn't have liked that at all. It was so open and not private. The room is definitely painted/decorated very basic and could maybe use a little "sprucing" (get it 😆) up. But overall it wasn't terrible and the room was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept pretty well. We had a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, though I was expecting it to be in the bedroom like the pictures, so that was kind of a let down. It looked much nicer in the pictures. It was kind of small too. It was still a nice experience overall. The indoor pools were bigger than expected, but they do need to spruce up that area as well. Felt like we were in a school pool area. Kind of dark, drab, and outdated. They have vending machines and a little restaurant that has kind of a Chuckie Cheese type menu. A small movie theater that shows movies throughout the day was a nice touch, though we didn't use it. Plenty of scheduled daily activities too. The outdoor pool that I saw looked nice and so did the mini golf area. They had a playground, basketball court, and volleyball too. Beware of the timeshare pitch though!

everything was in good condition, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff was always pleasant and helpful when able.

There was a lot of built up dust on items like window shades and sills, lamp covers, fans. Also, the beds were coil and extremely firm. a mattress topper. I asked for another room because I was unable to sleep and woke up in a lot of pain, but was told that every room has the same brand of mattress. So I asked if they had fluffy or foam mattress toppers but they delivered a mattress cover instead. I ended up putting pillows under the sheet and slept of those.

We had a two bedroom in the presidential suite building for girl's 17th birthday weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. (fits up to 6) The kitchen includes all you need if you want to cook something. The amenities included activities throughout the day, we had teenagers, so they enjoyed the ceramic painting activity. There is PG rated movies scheduled throughout the day in a cute little theater, we had a lot of fun listening, dancing to music in the Bear Tree Bar area Friday night, the staff were AWESOME, everyone is so nice and accommodating for your every need. Really great people! The pool and hot tubs were relaxing and large, very well kept. They also have a fitness center, games, and large arcade for younger kids to enjoy. They have pool tables, and other tabletop type games for all ages. There is a small cafe which has some basics for lunch/dinner, burgers, flatbread pizza, salads, snacks and some other options, The area restaurants are very good so it's worth a short drive into Lee or Stockbridge (Red Lion Inn). Cafe Triskele in Lee for dinner was a special treat, authentic French bistro type food. The Starving Artist for breakfast or lunch was awesome too, many options, delicious food. We ordered pizza Friday night (Vivaldi's) they delivered directly to our room all the way up to the 3rd floor! It was very good and convenient for our arrival night.

Elevators are NEEDED! The third-floor room is difficult to go up and down especially when carrying luggage. If you are elderly or non-ambulatory, make sure you have a first-floor room.

I love the location and my children love all the amenities. I enjoyed the movie theater, such a fun way to spend time when you're done in the pool. I wish the food court offered popcorn :-). I really like that the mini-golf was not an extra charge to play, nor the basketball court (which my boys spend a lot of time at).

I'm not sure that there is anything I would change about this place. We really like it here.

The location was very convenient. The grounds and common facilities were very nice. The cafe in the activities room was a great find, reasonably priced and the staff was very attentive. We were able to get light dinner there that includes salad and pizza.

Our unit was nice but the kitchen could have been better equipped, there were no filters for the coffee maker, there was no tea kettle and minimal pans. Also the master bathroom was missing a towel hook by the shower, the mount was there but no hook. It had a doubles sink but towel hook on only one side. The shower caulking was dirty. The outdoor light stays on all night and shines in the front bedroom window. These are all minor things and didn't ruin our stay. But just could have been better. I still recommend this place especially the 2br 2ba are great for 2couples.

Clean rooms! Clean facilities! Easy to navigate. Great for kids! My daughter loved the pool and arcade, and the games were super easy to use. Hot tubs were awesome. I loved the sauna too! Also very clean and well kept.

It was very strange start to walk into the check in area where 4-5 people were working at 4pm and we were not greeted by a single person, hardly anyone even looked up. It put me off immediately especially for spending nearly 750 for two nights, I would expect the staff to at least be welcoming! Cable tv in the rooms is rather outdated. Especially with kiddos I did not like that the wifi network was non-secure, non encrypted.

Ants in the kitchen, furniture is worn, cabinets showing wear, I was not using the time share rate so I did not want to be approached about listening to a strong arm presentation. But at almost 10 at night They wouldn't give me my room key until they tried to get me to schedule a pitch even after I explained that at 76, time share makes no sense.

Clean, much bigger than I anticipated, more amenities than expected.

Improve the lighting on the building numbers. I arrived later at night, not expecting such an expansive place. I drove around for quite a while (20+ minutes), even passing where my building was, but until I called the front desk I never saw the number midway up the building. It was just too dark. I never saw it until morning!

Didn't eat breakfast

We didn't have bath towels even after we called for them and toilet paper. We got bath mats toilet paper and tissues. We called again and they brought pool towels. Water dripped down through bathroom ceiling. Not sure what it was so no showers taken in that bathroom.Lots of Fruit flies in kitchen, microwave handle broken, lots of little details could have been better.

The Activity center with a few options to entertain kids was really great especially for family with kids . Enjoyed the mini Theater and arcade games .. should make more Indoor games available in the package rather than buying through Arcade cards

Th Activity center cafes and lounge area has some problem with smell coming out of Cafe kitchen which in pretty much an open area into Cafe .. Os this area was smelling oily most of the time .. Will be good if management looks into this.
