Repeat customer. It is an inexpensive, clean and comfortable place to stay, and is expecially good if you travel with a dog. While visually some things could be updated or repaired, mostly in the bathroom areas, the rooms are tastefully done and look nice. I love that they have a small room fridge, because we always travel with food stuffs in an ice chest or freezer bag that need to be refrigerated overnight before continuing on our journey. Also have a small coffee maker in room which is nice, They are also right across the street from the best place in town for REALLY good coffee, breakfast sandwiches and homemade muffin tops!

The location was perfect for our trip and staff was friendly. Price was good for the hotel and bed was comfortable. Easy check in and check out, just had to drop key in drop box and leave. I would definitely stay here again. It was also very clean.

Very strong bleach smell in room from cleaning. Not really a complaint as I was happy with the room. It definitely smelled and looked clean, just a little strong on the smell.

The property is in a good location. It’s clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained and comfortable.

The breakfast was lacking. It was not ready at the appointed time, the toaster wasn’t working and the choices for food were bagels or slices of quick bread. The only milk or cream available was the powdered kind.

A great location and cheaper option to explore the region by car. An hour drive to Boston, and so much more in the surrounding area. Place was simple, clean, and provided exactly what we needed, a bed for the night.

The bathroom door jamb was broken so the door didn't stay closed. Second straight motel with that issue weirdly enough.

we liked the staff, they were very lenient and helpful. and the location was great: the motel is on top of a hill so it feels quite private and safe and it had a nice bbq restaurant just down that hill. it’s great for a quick stay, we didn’t visit around we just wanted to stay the night and keep driving.

honestly we’re not picky at all but there wasn’t a thing that we particularly didn’t like. it was really fine for what it was.

The room was clean and smelled clean when you walk in. Everything was in good working condition. It met our needs for an overnight stay halfway through our journey.

If you have any trouble at all with stairs, ask for a ground level room. The outdoor stairs to the 2nd level were steep and hard to navigate.

Service was fantastic. They only allow dogs, though it doesn't say that anywhere on this app or their website and they didn't contact me to let me know that my cat (whom I let them know about ahead of time) would not be permitted. So, instead of turning me away, they made an exception and let me and my cat stay the night. The room was comfortable, the wifi was good, and the location was convenient. There are convenient plugs and USB ports right next to the bed, so charging my devices was simple. Also, unusually for hotels at this price point, there was plenty of light in the room.

Bathroom could have been cleaner - the shower looked a bit grimy. Also, the sink didn't have a stopper.

It was a lovely room and quiet and peaceful.

I liked everything. This hotel is trying hard to stay afloat. I had a coffee machine in the room, a nice tv too. I would suggest adding a support bar to the shower, for guests in their 80s like myself.

The location - 6 miles away from the Brimfield Antique market was good. It was an easy drive and easy access to the hotel. The check-in was efficient. The room was dated but it was clean, the hot water shower was good, the air conditioning worked, the bed was comfortable and there were a lot of electrical outlets. I would book there again,
