Loved the indoor balconies n the pool. N I loved the decor n overall aesthetic of the place. Everyone was super awesome and the hotel was extremely clean n there was plenty of spaces for u to join ur other friends or meet new ones by sitting out n socializing we ended up having our two rooms and like 6 more rooms fulls of people we had never met before all in an epic game of cards against humanity . It was a blast

Restaurant prices were thru the roof 100 bucks for three people to eat the breakfast bar which was just some dried out bagels n a few pieces of fruit and a McDonald's like thin pancake

The restaurant was excellent and the natural light throughout the lobby/restaurant area was pleasing. The small shop had several necessities, along with quick grab food items that were very handy. The hallways upstairs surrounding the rooms were quiet, as were the rooms. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable.

My only complaint was the overwhelming smoky smell coming from the restaurant. But I think that is probably more of a sensitivity that I have, not at all an unpleasant smell for most folks.

I stay regularly in this hotel and it’s familiar and suits menperfectly

Buffet breakfast could be improved m Cold plates lead to cold food on cold days Scrambled eggs should be rotated more often and more soft and richer Sausages are a disaster and turkey bacon was again hard to keep warm Local sourced sausage etc would be better as looks like emphasis is on food costs and not quality Local bakery as well would uplift the dining experiences could be added to the price easily.People in your demographic would welcome Quality over Price I enjoyed evening dinner every night but could see we here la few dishes will less spices etc would balance it to suit more Americans who like their food unfusssd Omelette are excellent

Clean, spacious room, nice facilities, fast elevator (it didn’t move fast, but it arrived quickly 😁)

The bathroom vanity was awkwardly low, the faucet handle was super stiff and hard to turn and there was no drain stopper in the sink.

The hotel was beautiful and staff was amazing great stay for great price. Our room had a balcony view over the pool which was amazing. Will definitely stay again

Upon arrival our room had what appeared to be vomit on the carpet and foot of the bed in our room, however the front desk has house keeping freshen it up and it was a lot better although the bathroom sink was clogged and took forever to drain water.

the breakfast buffet was awesome ; the beds were very comfortable ; the lobby is nice ; the pool is beautiful

Unlucky, feel bad for hotel, likely some awful guests abused the room before we got in. My room had damage: the window had a big crack in it, the bathtub's soap dish was coming off the tiles (like halfway pulled off-damaged),. Design: the room is fine but the bathroom needs a redo, the bathtub is old, like 30 years ago, by now hotels have nice walk in tiled showers and more modern designs. For a Hilton, I expected more. Maybe renovating the room we had would be best. Likely other rooms are super, we have stayed here before, it was just bad luck.

Excellent hotel, no complaints except for two minor items. See below.

1. The gym could be better. On the 2 weight pull down-machines, there should be stickers on them showing how to use them. The machines in my gym have these stickers. They should also have stretching mats and a foam roller. 2. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 am. Two fire trucks came but then left after a few minutes. I don’t know what happened.

The facility was beautiful. Quiet location but close enough to Boston. Lots of things that were convenient like the restaurant, pool , and bar.

Breakfast was quite expensive. Fire alarm went off in the early morning and there was no transportation into Boston or to public transportation that could bring us into Boston.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely lobby area with nice bar and restaurant. Pool seemed fine, but our key didn't work too get in. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

The shower didn't drain fast and we were woken up two early mornings by a fire alarm, due to a hot shower.

Great place! Great staff! We had an issue with our A/C (room not cooling down) I called downstairs and they had us switching rooms within 30 minutes. He even checked our new room to make sure the A/C was working and cool before moving us. Super fast resolution and great attention to our concern

A/C not working to properly cool the room. When we got there the room was at 72, we do run very hot. So we put the A/C down as low as it could go, but by 11:30pm the room was just at 71. Not a great cooling system in the room we were originally in. The 2nd room did not go lower than 68 but was much more tolerable
