Room was clean.

Lobby was dirty, only 1 elevator worked, you had to use your room card to get on the elevator or use the stairs. Makes me think they probably had issues with people coming in that didn't belong there. A little sketchy around the outside. When we arrived there was a man with an issue arguing with the desk person while 2 of us were waiting to check in. She finally went into another room and called the cops. 3 police cars show up. 1 cop rode up in the elevator and I asked if it was safe to stay there and he said, "I wouldn't stay here". He said they got called to this hotel almost daily. We almost left and went somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The entrance and lobby leave a lot to be desired.

The hotel overall has had a great facelift since I last stayed in it as a child in the early 2000's. The bed was better than I expected. The bedding and pillows were good quality. The room had great temperature control, and the floor despite being laminate was at no point cold. There's a lot of potential in this hotel, it just needs some finishing touch upgrades. The staff was very nice, checking in and checking out were easy.

The room felt a bit bare. I had one of the larger king sized rooms, but it was really a lot of empty space and that seemed rather weird. There was no art on the walls. The room was echoey and the walls didn't seem to be very thick, I could hear everything around me. Thankfully no one was loud, other than the loudness of the toilets around me flushing. Why do they flush with such force then fill with such little water? Could use some updates such as more stylish furniture, new microwaves. Could use new towels, too. They were rough and scratchy. The parking situation is also a little awkward. There's plenty of parking, but it's spread out all around the building rather than at the front entrance.

The room was cleaner than I expected and the staff were very friendly. I arrived early to check in but there were no rooms available, the receptionist gave me some place to put my stuff and told me to give him my number so that he contact me when a room was available. It only took them about two hours to get me checked in but at least I had some place safe to put my stuff so it made waiting easier. And while I was waiting I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street to enjoy a meal.

The wifi could have been better. It wasn't such good quality wifi. And I wish they had more channels like Tennis. The WiFi and lack of certain tv channels was the only thing I truly didn't like about this place.

Great staff good value compared to other hotel rates and convenience located close to major highways and not far from downtown Boston. Not a 5star but it is not a low class place either I’d say it is above average but below top notch!

For the location I think not much can change . Maybe the elevator needs some attention but all in all it’s a good place.

The room was good value for the money and large. Really needs a car to get around as train station to Boston is a 25 minute walk, but doable.

The sound insulation is only just passable and you can hear outside noises clearly. Due to the large size of the hotel, this place accommodates longer term residents that congregate socially and often outdoors to have a smoke. Can be a little off putting but there were no issues and you have to keep an open mind.

Easily accessible with great location, providing all types of shopping, food options, and central location to larger towns with lots to do.

A street lamp was located just above our window so a few times in the middle of the night if we woke up, we were scared we slept the day away; it was more funny than a dislike!

Good location and price, room a good size for 2 people. Easy to park and opposite a supermarket and other shops which is very convenient. All in all would recommend!

The floors in the room were really greasy and slippery, not sure what is being used to clean them but perhaps should reconsider as was a bit of a health hazard

Hot water was awesome. Room was clean, and they did clean it on the first day. The second day nothing. Not even empty trash or fresh towels. The desk receptionist was extremely helpful and offered secure parking for our motorcycle. Overall, it was a great value, and beds were very comfortable!

We booked the King Suite and you want to talk about spacious…..there was PLENTY of room!!! The room has 5 big windows that allow for plenty of sunlight!! Bed was comfy……I read a lot of bad reviews on this place it was very satisfied!!

The security doors don’t work and the pool is not for guests but for swimming lessons which we found strange but all n all…..great value

Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. It was located in an area which was easily accessible to everything. There was a microwave and small frig available.

The coffee maker in our room didn't work. They also did not have a light breakfast or coffee in the lobby as advertised.
