Cleanliness of property and proximity to necessities including groceries and restaurants. (By car)

Confusion with check in, they couldn't find my reservation and I had to show them through the app that not only was I already checked in and my room number, but that my digital key wasn't working and needed physical keys. Biggest turn off was that a supervisor could be heard complaining out loud in the lobby to other staff members and on the phone about a maid who had issue with the way she communicated with her. This same staff member wasn't very welcoming or friendly to guests checking in or out. Bad day? Perhaps... but this shouldn't fall on the ears and experience of guests.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was great! There was a staff serving breakfast and cleaning up after guests that was just awesome. Her name was Natalia. She was such a sweet lady, checking that everyone had what they needed, and bustling about the area cleaning and restocking. What a great representative of the hotel, such a positive experience to start the day. Check-in and check-out were super easy, too.

This is all hotels, not just this one... but if you have 4 guests in a room, why would you only stock 3 washcloths and towels?

Breakfast was more than ample for me. The room was like living in a studio apartment… very comfortable. I liked how rapidly the elevators arrived and that there were sufficient rolling carts when needed.

Check the room lighting as one lamp bulb needed changing! Although wash lotion was supplied I prefer a soap bar. Fortunately I carried a bar with me and used it.

All of the staff at the front desk were super friendly, especially Alex. He suggested a couple of places for us to visit in Salem that we really enjoyed. The personalized welcome on the TV in the room was a very nice touch! 

Breakfast was a disappointment. The only eggs available had ham in them. Neither of us eat ham. Sunday morning there was no bacon, only ham.  I ended up having yogurt, but it was not very cold. On either day. We went to Dunkin' Donuts on our way to Salem. Also there is limited seating available

I think the rooms are some of the best ever for the value, with the kitchenette and sofa and desk on wheels - you could live comfortably at this hotel if you had to - it felt homey. I was there to unpack a storage unit right across the road. I searched and saw the great ratings and could see why. Often, great ratings come down to the people too and this hotel has such professional and friendly staff. I was grateful.

I think Woburn is a place a lot of people work and was perfect for storage but I don’t love the town itself - but this really has nothing to do with the hotel.

There was a breakfast attendant that was constantly in guests way, as we were attempting to get our breakfast from the buffet area. I understand that she was attempting to pay attention to replenishing food, however, she was aggressively moving guests out of her way . I think she needs more trading in appropriately tending to the food buffet , and not making gusta feel as there in her way

we lost airpods and i called various times and not once did they ask for our name or room #. i was told to keep calling back. they were activated and I called and still was not asked for any information

Great location, very clean, great staff, used the pool and fitness center and both were clean and worked great! Room was exceptional, very clean and loved the surprise of having a kitchenette in or room! Breakfast was very good too.

I do love the bed and the linens always seem very clean, which is a big deal.

For some reason my reservation booked me under part of my first name (Annie Laurie) so it booked me under Laurie, so when I gave my last name they couldnt find my reservation.

The breakfast was great and the staff were so nice and very helpful.

I wish they had a hot tub but I knew they didn't when I booked with them . There is nothing negative to say bout this location , we will be staying again.
