The hotel was quiet and well maintained, staffed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good/adequate. I would say the star of the hotel are the employees. Everyone we met, from hotel reservations to the person wrapping up the breakfast bar, were super friendly and helpful. You definitely have some great employees!

The location was unfortunate. Seemed like there were only pizza places nearby to eat, which is okay if you aren't a foodie. We are, so that was disappointing. We were only there for a night, though, so not really a big deal. Naybe if they could open a restaurant or grill there...

The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool especially that they could use their floats. It was a nice size pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, but since we were there for 5 mornings it would have been nice to have had more than 2 different hot selections every other day. When we told them about the vent not working in the bathroom they fixed it right away. The dogs had a large area to stretch their legs outside. It was great that they accepted dogs.

The night light in the bathroom didn't work and it wasn't able to be fixed and where there use to be a cloths line in the tub, it was missing and it would have been nice to have that after swimming. I also found a pair of socks under the AC that wasn't ours.

Everything was awesome at the hotel... we enjoyed our stay and the staff was great.

When compared to the many hotels we stayed, this hotel was almost 50% more, one of the highest during our trip, which given the location, made this a little hard to feel we got a good deal, especially when we stayed at other hotels on the water or with beautiful views of the water and mountains for about a hundred dollars less, plus they were within all the attractions and food. We loved the hotel and staff, could not ask for better, just the location was a bit out of the way.

This is a lovely hotel. The front desk is courteous and accommodating. In general, the hotel and rooms were immaculate and updated with nice ambiance. The breakfast was wonderful with many items to choose from and the hot items were delicious!! The dining area was spacious and did not make you feel as though you were in a cafeteria. The only small draw back was that if you were staying for a couple of days you did not have housekeeping come in everyday to tidy up. However, if you wanted fresh towels or other items you could go to the front desk and they would give them to you. The value of the room fee was truly affordable and well worth it!! We totally enjoyed our time here and would definitely return for any length of time. Highly recommend!!!

Breakfast was wonderful and had a nice variety of food. Pancake maker was cool. I appreciated the gloves provided for handling food/ utensils, but observed very few using them.

It was super clean, and, even though it was late when we checked in, the staff was super nice.

I didn't like that we didn't stay longer! It was a great location near family and close to the lake. We loved it.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was excellent especially Gayle. She gave us directions and short cuts that only a locals know about. And everyone else was wonderful as well.

The smell on the elevator needed a little more attention. It smelled old and musty.

Pleasant, attentive staff. This was in a great location for us. Easy to find in a quiet, beautiful area. Pet friendly.

We had a great stay. The only minor irritation was that the beds were REALLY high. As we were packing to leave, we discovered a step stool…

The hotel was very welcoming, smelled clean and crisp. The rooms were top notch clean! I felt comfortable and at home here. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was a full continental with amazing service. Guest service was great and very welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel!
